Because I will like other fools to buy my shares at near what I paid for them, if not at a profit.
Ranjit won’t be holding onto shares either on top of the creditors selling.
DC will get the assets if this goes under. I guess the model is to service debts and pay wages through bricklive rentals, for shareholders you may as well burn your money, nothing here for us
ASI posted - "Somebody sells its overhang and if somebody buys its boom time. You need to give your head a wobble knco."
THIS - and totally this.
After you see the horrible reality, breathing its foul stench into your face, where are you today KNCO.
Why did he do this? Simple - because he can do what he wants, which is the main reason I should never have invested.
Beware the over mighty chairman.
Only DC and Sarah can anwer that. Could be a massive tax dodge or maybe some other scam.
£3.8k share sales today has resulted in a 18.53% downturn in SP...about £300k wiped off the market cap. Presumably it goes the other way with £3.8k buys? We are approaching shell valuation territory at this rate...
What I don't understand is why did he bring this back from dead, as that was another reason I bought in, what I hoped would be making a few quid over the following few months, at the time. Surely there have been to few millions of shares sold to have made this worth his while.
Showjumper, don't feel bad about being conned. DC is accomplished at this. He has 20 failed companies to his name and soon to be 21.
Showjumper, why do you keep putting this as a strong buy?
I pop back in and more grief, down again, I see another 500,000 sold at the lowest level yet. 0.387 and I have read the last post on another new thread blaming some other posters whom it has been alleged work hand in hand with this DC guy.
I don't see how they can be blamed for idiots like me buying into this story that this DC put out about new cornerstone investors, no matter how much I kick myself for being naive.
I never thought the SP would go down this far. DC, Sarah, Knco AKA Tintin200 and all the rampers should be ashamed of themselves for conning investors. There is no other word to describe their actions.
Shoejumper, DC is in the opinion of a lot on this board a con merchant. He lies and lies and has rampers like Knco AKA Tintin200 to do his dirty work for him. You are lucky to be only 50% down with such a small investment. Most of us here are well submerged and with far greater investment and we will be lucky to get even 20% back on it.
Empty Pocket time for me as I am now down over 50% and at this rate will lose the lot within two more months. Invested around £1600.00 should I take around £720.00 due to fees, now and learn from my mistake and stick to showjumping, and what sort of guy is this DC that some have refered to?
Somebody sells its overhang and if somebody buys its boom time. You need to give your head a wobble knco.
😂
Just an overhang. I am very confident here
Just poped in and checked the trades and see there is over 1.1 million sales after this 800,000 you speak of. So it looks to me that my stupid investment is stuck in the mud. So nothing to get excited about, in fact more to be concerned about as it seems others are still being stuffed.
Back to my cleaning the stable now. I hope it gets better, I am frustrated with this.
So far All buys today.
£4k buy in two trades clearly same buyer, somebody clearly sees value.
800k buy is this about to move?
Yes but £500k at 1p would be 50m shares.
Just rechecked the RNS - lot more than 5.3M shares.....
Issue of Equity
The Company announces that it has issued 13,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each for the equivalent of £135,000 for a payment due to the provider of a loan facility ("Creditor Shares"). Once admitted, these shares will be subject to an orderly market undertaking in re
TSG - correct, but as per the last RNS that the 5.3M shares issued last month are to be released into the market over 5 months, so there will be a drip feed for a while yet.
At average daily trade values it'll take some unwinding to get these through, and at current prices that means 5.3M shares have now been bought at 0.5p so then they'll be recycled if the price goes back to 1p (who wouldn't bank a 100% profit?)
Bennster, you are correct to some degree but there is not a huge backlog of 1p shares. Less than £500k was raised at this price. Most were issued at 3p or above. Of those at 1p, a significant amount when to people I personally know and they wont be selling any time soon. Of course an overhang is always an issue but at least there wont be people flipping shares for free warrants this time.
The truth (unpalatable for most) is that there is a huge backlog of 1p shares that have been dished out in lieu of debt we couldn't otherwise pay.
For the recipients of those shares this isn't an investment, it's a rush to the exit to get something back.
That's why the 10p predictions are laughable and embarrassing. The SP will be anchored by all those shares, then the deluge of other placings between 1p and 3p - who here will honestly be holding 1p shares if this goes back over 2p? If you can look yourself in the mirror and honestly say you'll still hold, then you're in a huge minority.
That's how the market works - massive supply and little demand = poor SP.
ThereSG - I don't know about that but I do know the dam thing has fallen again with lots more sales.
I am already kicking myself at my stupid decesion to buy what is turning out to be junk but nothing like those you say were paying 7p a share. Have you averaged down, I am not that stupid, as I don't want to lose good money after bad, which I now fear I have done.
I think I will keep out of buying shares, if I get lucky and get most of my grand and bit back. Finger crossed.
This DC guy sounds like a rouge by reading what posters say but what I don't understand is why would he bother to get it relisted if the share is going down the drain.
