knigel - you and i have taken respectful but opposing views for a while now. you know my positivity drained back in 2022 when the great hope of frankfurt turned to *** ash in front of our eyes!
i don't agree with accusing people with a negative view of not having shares - appreciate you were not aiming at me.
i genuinely believe dc's efforts to keep this alive come from his innate vanity and unwillingness to admit his grim failure here, but if by some miracle he turns it round we all win!
2 sides to this one:
i can't accept the blind ramping and the "can't tell you why but it's going to be amazing!!" brigade - neither should you.
but
i don't have a high opinion of dc, far from it, but i also stop short of some of the worst grudges and vitriol - i have to accept my own stupidity for investing.
Bennster - give me strength - I am talking about posters that NEVER have anything positive to say - at least you were positive .. once… let’s say they are shareholders - then why the x did they invest in a share they have never had a positive comment to post? Utter madness - maybe their grudge against DC blinds them to the fact he put money in here - he kept the company afloat and he is trying (!!) to tie up a possible game changing deal - I really hope some will have to eat humble pie soon - even though I agree DC really should let others run the company and take a back seat - just for sentiment sake alone!
Simple ....his financial position has improved over the last couple of months. Things are now looking up for him. I am happy about that because he was well and truly screwed over by an unscrupulous landlord.
Simple ... for me to believe you give me 2 bits of info. The first letter of his postcode and the date of the court initial hearing.
There is nothing we can say that would further diminish our investment Knigel; the company's actions have already accomplished that. We remain here in an attempt to salvage whatever little we have left, so we can depart with some dignity intact. Do you genuinely believe that anything discussed in this forum will impact the share value, especially given the company's current approach of complete radio silence and lack of updates indicating a future?
He's still adamant nothing is happening on that front then Euston, wonders will never cease. Have you asked him why his finances are so dire?
And that's even funnier Knigel - trashing our own home? I think you'll find keeping it real is a far cry from trashing our investment - the bloke in charge of LVCG has done a far better job of trashing my investment....
And suggesting unhappy holders are not really holders belongs in Primary School.
Btw if either of these investors agreed to move their business into LVCG for an exchange of 100 million shares it won’t be quite 29% - personally I would like both businesses added - the company split into two divisions - a CEO for each division - and DC becoming non-exec Chairman - let’s see which prediction is closer..
It makes me laugh! We get a small group of blue and Knco is here telling us we're off to the MOOON!
Like Friday, except in the afternoon a big sell came along.... I expect the same this week.
When news comes (and I mean RNS) then we'll see the truth.
It’s a dream that any of you guys are currently shareholders - stop with the pretence! (and if you are - stop trashing your investment - it’s like smashing all your windows and doors of your house - let’s wait and see!)
Knco / Tintin - we've so missed your ramping !
Their is only one way that a cornerstone investor is going "come in above 3p" ... and that if two investors each take 29.9% of the company for around £2.5m each on condotion that their representatives get the CEO & Chairman roles, plus one other BoD member of their choice, plus one NED each, such that every future decision for this company will be made by them and ratified by their Board appointees. DC gets given a nominal 'consulting' salary to swan around the globe with the missus doing little of value and saying even less. In due course they hope the company gets valued at £10m (of which they own 60%) and they make it grow at 20% per annum, through their efforts. I'd say the chances of a couple of competent business managers seeing this as a worthwhile investment, even on those terms, is less than 10% ... but let's all dream on !
Simple ..... we all post things on here that we sometimes regret afterwards. I think a 10p price by summer is a wild prediction. But so is a post threatening to take another poster to court.
ASi alot is happening behind the scenes and there is a reason news hasn’t been announced but it’ll benefit us, we will get news fairly soon though, i havent just plucked this figure out of thin air. You can either buy more(if you actually own shares) and make a killing or you can continue being negative
"i stand my 10p plus target short-medium term"
I'm uncertain if your suggestion is a 'target' or rather a guarantee, and 'by Summer' was your exact phrase originally, which is only a month away. Are you now shifting the goalposts and losing some confidence in your conviction?
Show it’ll do a lot more but step by step, i stand my 10p plus target short-medium term, wont go up in straight line but there is alot of news in the pipeline, now is the time to buy more folks
I’m sure it will get back about 1p eventually - the min debt conversion price … a lot will depend on whether a deal is signed - at least there’s two potential investors - which in theory increases the odds for a deal
Knco I see all buys again today. I had a good weekend with my horse and picked up a couple of rossetts for jumping. I hope this jumps by 90% so I can unload mine without loss but I miight kick myself if it then doubles again.
£7k buys today, follow the money
Only 13 trades but all buys which is the best news since April, let it contine please.
Join the bandwagon, I want my 1p back and that is a long way off as the sellers will jump in I suppose.
I’m sure we will all be celebrating 🥳
Have a good weekend gentlemen
(and ladies)
👍😂😂😂
Thats the plan!
Sue, I cannot believe it. For once we are in agreement :-)
HL, for all our benefits let’s hope it won’t be long 😂
Sue, I cannot wait.
