😂
Just an overhang. I am very confident here
Just poped in and checked the trades and see there is over 1.1 million sales after this 800,000 you speak of. So it looks to me that my stupid investment is stuck in the mud. So nothing to get excited about, in fact more to be concerned about as it seems others are still being stuffed.
Back to my cleaning the stable now. I hope it gets better, I am frustrated with this.
So far All buys today.
£4k buy in two trades clearly same buyer, somebody clearly sees value.
800k buy is this about to move?
Yes but £500k at 1p would be 50m shares.
Just rechecked the RNS - lot more than 5.3M shares.....
Issue of Equity
The Company announces that it has issued 13,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each for the equivalent of £135,000 for a payment due to the provider of a loan facility ("Creditor Shares"). Once admitted, these shares will be subject to an orderly market undertaking in re
TSG - correct, but as per the last RNS that the 5.3M shares issued last month are to be released into the market over 5 months, so there will be a drip feed for a while yet.
At average daily trade values it'll take some unwinding to get these through, and at current prices that means 5.3M shares have now been bought at 0.5p so then they'll be recycled if the price goes back to 1p (who wouldn't bank a 100% profit?)
Bennster, you are correct to some degree but there is not a huge backlog of 1p shares. Less than £500k was raised at this price. Most were issued at 3p or above. Of those at 1p, a significant amount when to people I personally know and they wont be selling any time soon. Of course an overhang is always an issue but at least there wont be people flipping shares for free warrants this time.
The truth (unpalatable for most) is that there is a huge backlog of 1p shares that have been dished out in lieu of debt we couldn't otherwise pay.
For the recipients of those shares this isn't an investment, it's a rush to the exit to get something back.
That's why the 10p predictions are laughable and embarrassing. The SP will be anchored by all those shares, then the deluge of other placings between 1p and 3p - who here will honestly be holding 1p shares if this goes back over 2p? If you can look yourself in the mirror and honestly say you'll still hold, then you're in a huge minority.
That's how the market works - massive supply and little demand = poor SP.
ThereSG - I don't know about that but I do know the dam thing has fallen again with lots more sales.
I am already kicking myself at my stupid decesion to buy what is turning out to be junk but nothing like those you say were paying 7p a share. Have you averaged down, I am not that stupid, as I don't want to lose good money after bad, which I now fear I have done.
I think I will keep out of buying shares, if I get lucky and get most of my grand and bit back. Finger crossed.
This DC guy sounds like a rouge by reading what posters say but what I don't understand is why would he bother to get it relisted if the share is going down the drain.
I imagine those creditors who accepted a conversion at 3p a share are delighted with that decision. All eyes are on the "saviour" cornerstone investor , but I can't see how this gets back to 1p let alone a 250% rise to 3p. Anyone with a braincell would've known this would happen to the share price without a flow of positive news/updates. After the last 12 months of cancelled shows and disappointment at every turn , you'd have thought DC would have sought some kind of PR advice to rebuild the brand reputation and show it's turning a corner.
Nope, pure silence. As a result the share price has been hammered. Congrats DC, you the man!
Im holding, but only for the last rights read to D.C.
There hasnt been 800k sold, the first is a buy. The SP hasnt moved, just the last trade a sale at the closing bid of yesterday
Lunch time and thanks for the last reply but I see the dam thing has dropped again with over 800,000 sales. I see why everone is so angry and I am joining the crewe but even a 50% drop in a short time is hard to take.
I am used to jumping fences but this is getting raised higher than I like.
News needed.

When the stock was suspended, it stood at 2.05 and then plummeted on the day it was relisted and 7p the year before. It seems everyone here, except you, is significantly down on their investment, and even a rise to 1p would be inconsequential. Knco predicts a value of 10p by summer and 30p by Christmas, echoing the sentiment of his alter ego, Tintin, from last Spring. The LVCG expert, MB10, forecasted 30p by October but vanished when trading was suspended in June 2023. The stock has a considerable distance to recover before it impresses many here.
A few of you have bought today and the rest of you should be at this price, as it could almost double to 1p or more very quickly , and I would be happy to get my cash back with enough to cover my costs and leave profits for others after that, as there has been no news.
Being pretty new to all this and not having much time, the threads confuse me but I see a few buys for a change and maybe it might start going back up now, hopefully as I am out of pocket and Neddy would like a treat.
Hopefully the inside trading police have got him👮
Nice to see the blue today
Where has knco's post gone? It could have been removed by the user themselves or by a moderator in relation to alleged insider trading or did DC not like the response he got.
I note our mate's post from last night has been deleted. My post was a response to that rather than TSG's post which now shows directly below mine.
"Some of you have absolutely no idea and are clueless as to what is happening behind the scenes on some many fronts."
No truer words have been spoken. Could this be due to DC's outright refusal to provide market updates? It seems we are expected to be psychic, to discern DC's unspoken plans that are not communicated to the wider audience. The market responds based on available information, and at present, it only perceives the negative, thus reacting in kind.
Neither... Just same old tintin, up to his usual tricks.
You, on the other hand, know everything?
You have a cast iron belief that the SP at 0.5p is all OK, nothing to worry about, buy buy buy etc etc
And when asked why you repeatedly can't tell us.
Insider trading or Walter Mitty?
