42 x more volume brought than sold, no movement on share price.
It looks like someone is accumulating shares again in £5k chunks after seeing the trading update.
BoD are clearly confident of a nice jump into profit this year and the order book is worth significantly more than the MCAP.
As far as I can see it. If you are buying at sub 4p you will do just fine in the next 12 months.
Interesting buys going on, lots at £4990. I wonder if Graham Cooley is buying again or if it's someone else?
All quiet here considering the rise today.
Little tree shake pre news or retail traders selling a few shares to fund Christmas shopping?
In my opinion there is no good reason to sell given the last few RNS's. In fact I am bit surprised that the SP hasn't risen in anticipation of the next trading update.
Jeeez... Is that posting for real, kiwitwo?
There's been six sales with the grand total of circa £27! Algo trades.
Market is waiting for a trading update which should come in the next few days.
Not sure what to expect here -there was a lot of pipeline money expected, but since they've changed their business model somewhat, not sure if this will have translated into near-term profit - particularly for the books.
What’s going on ? All sells today.
Can't believe auto-censor eradicated the r-e-t-a-r-d part of an innocent word like r-e-tardant! :O)
The wonderful world of Cancel
the cynic inside me thinks that they brought the fire ******ant business under the plc wing because it needs cash, and so lst will be a fundraising vehicle..
the optimist in me sees this as a cash generative business with a huge growth area which could lead to lst becoming profitable and they're not too distant future
Just looking at the original company helmed by Deacon , Fire Barrier International.
They appeared to owe creditors 600k end 2022.
Just wondering if there's a little bit of financial sleight of a hand going on here, maybe as a tax loss.
Although, I'm taking him at his word that the order book is strong. It's quite a new company and it's in a huge growth market
Another cash generating acquisition that helps build a healthy balance sheet.
MCAP still sat at a very modest 10.8m, presenting significant upside for new investors looking in. I am surprised we are sat at the current levels (circa 3p) given the news has been tip top in every RNS over last couple of months.
I'm just reading the RNS and absorbing it.
Looks like a bit of a slight detour and that Simon deacon has brought one of his other companies under the LST banner.
Fantastic growth area with potential massive profits here
Movement has been very controlled over the last few days despite the massive vote of confidence from a well known (and rather successful) investor.
I get a sneaking suspicion we will see similar to what happened in July when the brakes came off and the SP gained over 200% in 2 months. It just needs the sellers to dry up for a short while.
Anyway. Massive rampy post over :) Have a great weekend everyone.
I'm surprised this has not taken off like a bullet.
Dr Graham Cooley, former director of ITM Power has taken just over 7%, many of his buys at 2.5p+.
LST has £60+ of contracts and record revenue this time last year. Recently acquired TomTech too.
He’s bought more :)
Smart money keeps accumulating here noticeably with smaller outflows. Consolidation looking good and golden cross in play. Looks good for next phase whenever the right catalyst comes along,
Shares not moving very fast northwards 😰🙁
Looking in on today’s trades, he could be buying even more or someone is
Another Holdings RNS showing that Dr Graham Cooley has continued to build up a significant holding.
I'm not sure whether its Crux (Lansdown) or bored retail holders selling up but they have done Dr Cooley a massive favour in the last couple of weeks.
Ran out of steam when that huge gap from April 3 was filled on 13 September.
Not sure how many legs this has left without major contracts, or income..
BUT..
It may be worth noting that the usually very bullish Golden Cross of 50/200MA is about to happen in a few days..
This is usually a catalyst for an uplift, but may not be longstanding. Could be a trade.
If it manages to stay above 3.4p for any time, a new base level may be found, but it's a big hurdle.
Looks like Crux are still selling.
