No worries. A takeover was announced a couple of months ago. Lombard trading is now suspended as the takeover has gone through. The company buying ours will pay us the cash in the next couple of weeks. If you bought yours for less than 13p a share you should be in profit. Best of luck.
Thanks for replying but still confused due to lack of experience in the ins and outs of share dealing.

We'll receive 13p per share cash by 9th March (within 14 days of 23 February) either as cheque or credited to CREST account.
have a few shares in LRM, can anyone give me any idea what might happen. Thank.

Agree offer price is a bit disappointing, but we already know the BOD's view - this is a recommended offer. Maybe someone will make a counter offer. A bidding war would be good!
To be honest I think the majority will reject 13p per share, this is a company on the rise so why sell, I'm happy if it goes through as I was lucky to buy in a few months when much lower, it will be interesting to obtain the BODs view on the offer. I really do think it's at least 5-10m short but what do I know?

I wish I could claim some grand vision here but , probably like many others, I bought some too high on the IC tip then doubled down on my own evaluation early December so was holding more than I really wanted at an average of 9p - this one has definitely perked the look of my portfolio up , just need Herencia to prove that mad money corner can work out now !! ;-)

Im more than happy to take the money and run.
Scheme document to be circulated 'as soon as possible' (def within 28 days).... Made a bit here but this bid is opportunistic given the recent big drop in SP... Good luck to them tho, they've already got 38% odd of votes so will prob go thro unless anybody else is interested...?
Any guesses on the timetable here? Or did i miss it in my excitement when reading the RNS
Nice surprise, especially as I averaged down last week 😁

Not just IC it would seem :)
Purely ic. Amazed how people blindly follow.
What a great start to a recovery in the sp. The drop last week has been overdone. We may start to recover to at least 8p this week. Hoping for more, but one step at a time.

To be frank oracle have so many third party products on their price list the sales teams take the easy routes to hit target. Great to see Thompson at ic call another winner !
The directors, well CEO and FD, (agree Chair and WG need moving on) would usually buy stock as a gesture on such news and sp move. Not so far....could it be the 2 big contracts they expect to trouser worth £5m in total make them insiders? Of course just like comedy,it is down to the timing. FY rev of £38- 40m still supported by plc. Otherwise needs cash from somewhere. Takeover target?...perhaps Oracle are happy to see the plc suffer, hence no biz from them. Other consultants exist. Huron?

I would instead wait until after the basement discount placing and after "reshuffled" board and management has been finalised.
Worth a punt at this price if you're prepared to wait 6 months if it doesn't move up before that, as whatever price it ends today on it's unlikely to move much from that until another rns
Pipeline? Pipe dream! Glad I sold when TW slated PC. I hope poor John Wisbey has managed to dump most of his holding in this shambles.
While probably a fictional tale are the company hopeful of being cash generative for the full year.? It feels like a mythical wish to generate free cashflow in the year to 31 March 2018 after burning 6 million in half one. Time for the Chairman to go as credibility in tatters and share price going backwards. CEO under pressure.
And none of this was known 3 months ago at the AGM?? "Philip Crawford, Group Non-executive Chairman, will make the following statement [19 July 2017]: "The Company continues to see a positive market for its products with the landscape largely unchanged since we announced our 2017 full year results in May." Really, Mr Chairman?

N+1 Singer - "In our view, the current valuation fails to reflect this positive outlook, good revenue visibility and reducing earnings risk. We initiate coverage with a Buy and 16p target price."
The tie up announced this morning with Smart Communications aka Smart DX is a significant game changer here and one that will push share price estimate to 40p and beyond in due course.
From Simon Thompson at the Investors Chronicle. I would urge you sign up to read the full article and others when they are released hot of the press. "I also feel that investors are losing sight of the fact that “the board is encouraged by the pipeline of new business being pursued by the company through its direct sales force and channel partners”, and the backdrop remains favorable given the need for financial services clients to make cost savings while fully complying with existing and a raft of new legislation. Lombard is hardly being overvalued, either, as its current enterprise value of £35.2m equates to just 0.9 times forecast annual sales, a 75 per cent discount to the sector average. Admittedly, Equity Development has “prudently” reined back its target price to 20p, bringing it back in line with mine. However, this is still almost double the current share price and I would certainly use the current weakness as a buying opportunity."
The brokers and ST have conservative price targets of 20p here.

Probably just correcting the hype of the IC tip. Or perhaps co will be negatively hit by shrinking finance sector and UC economy that Brexit is causing?
What is all this about? Sudden powerful drop with no news.

So much for that idea..!
Online article should be in print edition tomorrow, hopefully giving a boost Friday and Monday...and beyond..!
He's got a 20p target. Strong upside from the current price.
ST just re-iterated his buy stance in latest column. I won't share too much as it's paid, but here is an exerpt: 'The point being that with a relatively fixed cost base, a high percentage of incremental sales will fall straight down to the bottom line from this point onwards. This explains why Mr Hill expects underlying cash profits (pre R&D) to surge from £6.3m to £10.5m in the 2018-19 financial year, based on revenues rising from £40m to £46.5m. If anything those estimates could prove conservative given that retention rates are running at 90 per cent-plus, and the company is looking to boost sales from third-party channels from around 5-10 per cent of the mix to around 25 per cent.'
