Oh, shouldn't we ask how other shareholders feel?

Does anybody else feel that an optimal outcome for shareholders might well be facilitated by Clifford Gross dying in a freak yachting accident?

Well, I will take a loss on this one.But at least with Lakestreet at the Helm it sounds like that loss could be crystallised in a timely fashion - I'm bored immensely with seeing the same cycles time after time with Aim --eg 1 - company has a brief growth spurt -gets spruiked on a few popular sites - then directors go into "wages mode" just draining the company and pursuing their other interests until the company expires worthless or is bought for scrap value. eg.2 the company starts to go somewhere then gets taken private giving shareholders crumbs -- perhaps the shareholder Alignment that Lakestreet are talking about in their proposals should be a mandatory requirement of AIM?

Interesting article - not sure how it works for TW. it seems to benefit SME developer/builders mainly, and maybe puts the brakes on for large greenfield site builders

I wondered about that, but do they need these sort of tests to be done by an independent entity?

I've held for a Longggg time Over 400% up so not too concerned by daily ripples - this should help over the next couple of years

Yeah similar , I sold half my holdings at 100% profit so my remaining holdings owe me nothing - obviously I wish I'd sold them all now! ;-) - hinsight 20/20 etc . The untimely death of the CEO who was a massive asset to TRIN really dealt them a massive blow , I heard one analyst describing him as "getting them a seat at the table" ,it seem that without him and his contacts they are just another junior explorer trying to not get screwed by the big boys , the current fiasco is really just a sit back with a box of popcorn kind of show ;-)

Yes , SALT has a long way to run . the problem isn't with the investments - its the managements tendency to announce new share issues at a ridiculous discount to the share price in order to award themselves bonuses

An Update on this one - after an initial ,"no RTWG is correct" from my broker - I contacted RTW - they were quick to respond and confirmed it should have been RTW (USD) not RTWG (GBP) - my broker then moved my holding to USD without charge or resistance - RTW also followed up to make sure it had happened.

On the face of it the deal was sort of ok -- except we got shafted and given RTWG instead of RTW - RTWG is some weird GBP version that has very little liquidity and an appalling spread

Yes shafted by Swissquote in the same way - rtwg - a piece of dog poop that just sits there when RTW goes up and has a spread that make it virtually untradeable

yep another bull**** dilutory action - just as the share price briefly touched my entry point
