An Update on this one - after an initial ,"no RTWG is correct" from my broker - I contacted RTW - they were quick to respond and confirmed it should have been RTW (USD) not RTWG (GBP) - my broker then moved my holding to USD without charge or resistance - RTW also followed up to make sure it had happened.
Well selling off a load of shares below market price really has worked wonders for the value of my holding - I think I'll put a picture of the chart in a frame and hang it next to "how rich I got from the trickle down wealth of untaxed Global corporations"
Hi Troutisout1 - On rereading carefully you are correct , I still feel that this deal messes with the whole concept of the share market - different rules for different players does not sit well at all for me. Can any of us decide we just want to buy some shares in a company well below the ask price - then say "oh yeah I had to be sold them at this price because scarcity was making them cost more than I wanted to pay"...?
ahh bless the poor institutions couldn't find enough shares to but so they had to be sold a load of new dilutory ones at a special discount to the ones held by long term private investors --- the invisible thieving hands of market forces - supply and demand my ****!
"following a series of meetings with both new and existing institutional investors, it became apparent that demand for ordinary shares was in excess of those readily available for sale. the selling shareholders recognise the strategic importance to hvivo of a strong and supportive institutional shareholder base, and have therefore decided to release a portion of their own holdings in order to help satisfy this demand."
My main hope for TEK ever being worth what I paid is Microsalt.
However I decided to see what else they have going on ( other than shareholder dilution)
So I logged into my Amazon.com account and google Lyte XL ( innovative eyewears spruiked product) -- I get sports shorts......, I tried just googling Lyte XL - all I get is finance articles about TEK Capital ....., Do they actually aim to sell any of this product?
Well, I am going to risk displaying my ignorance here - can anyone explain to me in simple terms what option 1 -GBP 1.00 new nominal loan note means??

Consultancy group Driver (DRV:46.5p) delivered annual results that were well flagged up in a pre-close trading update, and has made a relatively positive start to the 2021/22 financial year.
Well , not a stunning set of results , but not terrible either , a bit of clarity on where some work was lost - these things happen
Profits down a bit , but there are still profits
I don't see any reason to bail , may take a while to tick back up
