Maybe worth taking each resolution one by one for people's opinions?
1- 1. THAT Andrew Male be removed from office as Chairman of the Company with immediate effect pursuant to section 168 of the Act;
I have talked with Andrew a few times and he seems studious and knowledgeable so not quite sure what he has done incorrect? I feel that items like marketing spend have certainly been out of control but that was a board decision and not necessarily just down to AM?
Thoughts?
Morning SamBar and thank you for your thoughts.
My question is also around CEO and director salaries. Has anyone had any confirmation as to the salary of the CEO which I have seen cited at £250,000?
It is important we vote with correct information to hand.
Awful timing and hoping this isn't the start of a downward spiral. I really want to see this on the main market
quiet here considering the serious concerns raised by Pershing, all understandable - very fishy goings on here for many months - insiders / family members / management lining their pockets with pi’s money

Come on people wake up! Look what's happening. Crap timing
Hi. What happened to the Telegram group? I used to find it quite informative when dropping in.
The full listing should be completed before the end of March so time is creeping up.
My only concern may be that the FCA are swamped given all that is happening in Ukraine, and Russian firms and Russian authorised individuals may be taking priroity?
We shall see...
I emailed the chairman Andrew Male early last week asking about the trading update. He replied stating that it was bing worked on and would be out within a couple of weeks.
Im very hopeful this will be followed immediately with the uplist.
The last 6 months have been a rough ride, but hopefully things are about the improve greatly. I'm confident the trading update will be excellent and we should certainly rerate on uplist.
Last chance now to pick up some cheap shares or to average down in you can.
Yes ASW1, my losses are widening lol. At the moment I don't LOVE HEMP.
Any news of anything significant happening……excruciating wait for something that may not ever happen!
I agree getting Graham Mullis to agree a board position is excellent news, BUT
I just love having Garry Cook on board given his history and success.
Garry was a significant figure at UFC, as well as Michael Jordan Nike and of course his days at Manchester City.
Two great hires....
The turnaround story starts taking shape with new board members. Ex CEO of NCYT is quite some coup
Very positive about the weeks ahead as we move into main market listing as well to increase liquidity
I see it is up over 50% in the US.
The sales channels are building nicely, and all strategically aimed to hit differing demographics.
All working well.
yeah the shop looks good, and I can't see any other CBD on Ebay. I think it has the potential to do really well ??

Thats a very significant distribution channel with access to the whole of UK with click of a button. Turnaround starts today
This has been undervalued for long time now, let the rerate begin.
Love Hemp – First CBD Brand to Launch on eBay UK
Leaving CBX in its tracks
22nd February 2022
Love Hemp Group PLC
("Love Hemp", the "Group", or the "Company")
Love Hemp - First CBD Brand to Launch on eBay UK
Love Hemp Group PLC (AQSE: LIFE) (OTCQB: WRHLF), the brand-led consumer goods company focussed on CBD health and wellness solutions, has become the first CBD brand to have a number of its products listed on eBay UK at www.ebay.co.uk.
eBay will list a range of Love Hemp's sprays, drops and edibles available within the Health and Beauty category of eBay's UK online store.
Tony Calamita, CEO of Love Hemp Group, said: "This is a significant development for the Company. eBay has 1.7 billion monthly visits1 and its Health and Beauty segment caters to an extremely wide-ranging market, providing Love Hemp with the opportunity to reach a new audience with its high-quality health and wellness products.
"As with all consumer goods, brand awareness is imperative and forms part of the foundation of a successful product line and resulting revenue. Joining eBay's UK online store is another example of how Love Hemp is continuing to build on the foundation it has created with the depth of its product line and accessing many online platforms to showcase and sell products alongside its deep relationships with high street retail exposure.
"Today's launch adds to the Company's impressive list of distribution methods that include Amazon, Holland & Barrett, Boots, and Deliveroo, further widening consumer access to Love Hemp ahead of the up-list to the Main Market."
Historically Love Hemp have released the interims on the 31st of the 3rd, I think we will see a move to the LSE first then better than expected interims ; )
Good to see buyers in numbers today and the last five trading days with net buying far in excess of reported selling.
Numbers to end Dec 2021 plus (fingers crossed) a forward looking statement due in next week or so?
Trading update expected this week and then uplist should be in the next few weeks tops.
Last of the cheap shares getting hoovered up
