I think an outright sale would be the perfect result. An IPO may increase and give a more accurate NAV, which in turn should increase the share price, but an outright sale would give a large amount of cash to invest in early rounds of cannabis companies as well as a clear NAV. I agree Takayama, quite possibly an increase in the NAV through an IPO might add several pence to the NAV but how much of this would actually filter through to the share price. NAV is around 11p now with a 6p share price. Lets say Leap adds 10p to the NAV, this might increase the share price to around 12-13p. This would give a decent return for those buying in at this price.
