George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Hasn't this share gone from the 80s down to 2p, and all that time it had a crypto licence, an app, held bitcoin, a raise.. why is it going to be any different this?
It doesn't hold bitcoin, the app has been wound down, trading assets wound down, does it even have a licence anymore?
Some decent buys coming through on the back of the recent developments!
Is it time for TAP to shine?

Whars the track record of this Board of Directors?
Anyone interested in supporting a wider shareholder group in discussions with the BOD should join the telegram group
Demolition123 - I don't think they still have the licence, do they? They did a CVA of their subsidiaries, I think
But the company doesn't have anything to do with Crypto anymore? They sold all of their bitcoin. And didn't JR's associates pile in before and then the share price crashed
I was just re-reading previous RNSs and remembered this, which I hope they are still working towards. US launch would help.
Grant of Long-Term Incentive Plan Options (“LTIP Options”)
Tap has agreed to grant certain LTIP Options to David Hunter following his commencement of employment. He will receive 500,000 LTIP Options which will vest on achievement of the Milestone 1 Revenue targets. Once vested these will be exercisable at a price of 4.5p per option. In addition, he will receive 500,000 Milestone 2 LTIP options which will be exercisable at the nominal share price.
As announced previously (Admission Document 16 December 2022) the Milestone Revenue targets are:
Milestone 1 - £4.2m of revenue at 30 June 2024
Milestone 2 - £8m of revenue at 30 June 2024
The BOD really did waste the original mode business. It was very poorly managed and they will need to do quite a lot of work to get back any credibility I think. I'm really surprised this is still going
Is Rita still involved?
I really wish there was a decent telegram group for this share.
How many shares do you have to sell?
Look at Resolution 4 - they could issue up to a 1/3 of the share capital, which would be a dilution, on top of the existing CLNs
It also says this from the auditors.
"As at the date of approval of these financial statements there are no legally binding agreements relating to securing the extension. These events or conditions along with the matters set forth in in the accounting policies indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt over the Group's ability to continue as a going concern."
Are you super excited again IrnHaggis? More excited than yesterday?
Don't lie. It was yesterday
Do you own any shares in this or are you just passing time by posting random questions and comments on this chat?
Just not sure what you are trying to achieve
Why do you think it is a P&D or that the loans are converted?
Some will want a quick gain, and others will see this going higher
