Just look at the website for the company - clearly has a business and trading history. Just because it's a new (ish) company, it doesn't mean that is when is started business. I'm sure you are more sophisticated than some of you come across on this board.

Following the announcement of 19th January 2023 regarding the unsuccessful funding, the Group has been winding down the operations of its Regulated subsidies, Fibermode Limited, Greyfoxx Limited and JGOO Limited.

As you will see above, their regulated subsidiaries are being closed. By regulated, that is likely to mean the one that held the crypto license.

Is that a good fact?

They shut the company down because the crypto business failed at mode. They then moved to redwood acq. Which also failed

Where's the evidence of a crypto licence? Is it on the website?
