Pleased to have gotten some shares before 3p. Some interesting sectors being mentioned for investment but I am more interested in following the latest TR1 holders! I bought on Jarvis/X-O

Thanks. Looks like we are trading ad a 3x premium on the warrant price at the moment based on that.

Can someone explain how the warrants work and when they are exercisable please? The admission document suggests an exercise price of 5p (lower than the current price) and a date in 2024. Does that mean they can only be exercised after that date or before? Thanks

Anyone know why the spread on this is so high?

As an underwater holder, I am very pleased we managed to get news of a prospective RTO. Of course, a lot will depend on the terms of the deal, but, this being my first SPAC, I am happy with the target (and that we have a target) and looking forward to seeing where this goes. I have a long term target here and at the minute, IMO see no reason to doubt that at some point, we will meet it. One thing I have learnt from this BB is that a lot of people claim to know things that they clearly don't! DYOR and use your own judgement! I, for example, invested because of a calibre of the management team.

To me, this new update is a great way of showcasing how the payment system works, and how streamline it is. I'm sure they are not expecting millions of merch sales but if it helps lock down a few more merchants, it's a great play. If this drops further, IMO it's another great entry price. Of course, investors should do their own research.

Very positive news - gives me even more confidence in this Company, the Leadership and the direction they are heading. I'm just always surprised at how slowly this share moves. As long as it's up, I don't mind. LTH

that sellers have given the MMs their shares at this low price! If they'd have held on, we could have seen the MMs scrambling for shares leading up to OTC, and perhaps leading to a greater increase the SP. Nothing has changed in the fundamentals for me and I am holding tight.

I've been observing the comms on this board quietly recently, and it is quite interesting to see those that are most active and were positive about the future of this company (and in fact, only this morning highlighting what a great future this company has and how it's business is unaffected by crypto), now having a wobble and ta;ling about slicing/selling. Some of those commentators seemed to have a very strong knowledge of the business and perhaps even a good communication line with some of the leadership, however, IMO that is all now a little sketchy.

I'm a LTH because I have done my research and see this pulling through over the next few months and beyond.

This a is a great bit of news and something all shareholders were keen to see (a household merchant being onboarded) but I am a little disappointed by the rise today. I expected a little more TVH. In any case, I'm a LTH and look forward to hearing more news in the coming weeks.

Could we see confirmation of the listing acceptance today with trading of shares on the otc commencing on Tuesday? Or does it take a few more days for the shares to be traded on otc?
