It's my opinion that Biyani and Ali were in on this together and i think we will see within a year that Biyani will have a stake in the new company, I think it was done to get rid of the 40% plus private shareholders ,
I wish i had dumped when the news came out on the 18th Nov saying that the company might not be able to continue trading,
i thought at the time that people like Ali are only out for themselves and that it was a warning that he didn't intend putting any more money in , But like a fool i ignored my feeling that it would go tits up and invested more when it was low to average down, now sitting on a loss of hundred grand which was most of my savings as i am a pensioner times are now hard because of Ali. Should be strung up for what he's done.
I just can't believe Lord Alli has betrayed his loyal shareholders. You will never be trusted again. I'm quite sure he has done this to spite FLFL for not paying up. He just didn't want FLFL to benefit from any reinvestment.
Why did the BOD weaken their hands by agreeing to change the terms of the funding when it was so legally binding? Why did they agree to the technical service agreement before funding was received? FLFR got the platforn on the cheap to sell their own lines. Not wanting to pay up as Koovs wasn't performing to projected forecast.
The BOD have known there has been a problem with funding for many months. All those who have helped to string this along and cover this up are an absolute disgrace.
This is all my opinion of course. Speaking my mind as its driving me mad. Hopefully someone is still in here to read this :) Happy to be corrected. So hacked off I had faith in these t*ats
Having just read Alli's wiki biography as a Labour peer.. Hopefully he wont go back into politics.

Im just hoping we can somehow get this into the public eye and keep it there in the hope that the right person will help us. There are those more capable and tenacious than me who are doing a lot to try and spread the word. We really need help to fight someone of Allis power and influence so everyone whos affected can help by spreading the word. Dont give in too easily. We have to fight him.
Write to your local MP, contact the press, speak out on social media, whatever but try to do something.
The more voices, the more chance of being heard by someone who might help us.
What hes done is borderline legal and completely immoral and he should be held to account.
Heavy reading for me. I think wed need an expert in corporate law to help us and i doubt that anyone will offer their services for free.
Unless its funded by someone friendly (with deep pockets) who dislikes Alli as much as the ret of us do then not much hope.
Thanks BD
Hi all,
I dont know why the FRP administrators report was not put to the public's view.
Got a response from FRP advisories as below.
I would advise that the Administrators’ proposals were uploaded to the creditors portal on Monday. A letter to all creditors/shareholders advising of this upload should be received today.
To access the documents please follow the below link:

And enter case code K0505LON when prompted.
The report name is

Hi Bloodshot.
I've never posted on any Share Chats before.
Just wanted to say please keep up the good work to you, Putneylad and any others trying to get something out of this disaster.
I'm not in the know but will offer any support I can, if required.
Joe..i follow Jambon and trebuchet on Twitter if your able to get it from them. Rather not post it on here.
Putneylad is now suspended from Lse until the 20th of December if you wondered why hes not been here recently and when hes back, he will have to be very careful what he says because of the threat of a permanent ban.
The reason they gave was posting potentially libellous or defamatory comments.
Seems like our Lord Waheed Alli and others involved with Koovs have far reaching (and very slimy) tentacles, so if I or anyone else suddenly dissapears from the board, you know the reason.
Dont give in easily. Keep up the fight against the injustice of what has happened to us. They cant silence everyone.
AIM Regulation have responded saying that matters regarding KOOV not pursuing a fundraise, open offer or placing is not in their remit, as it does not extend to commercial decisions which are matters for the board. Pre-pack and sale at undervalue concerns, should be addressed to the administrators. Geoff Rowley and Jason Baker of FRP Advisory at https://www.frpadvisory.com/contact/
Twilight, Financial system is just a number. It can be erased if UK defaults.
We can always start from 0. There is always a life for everyone to live. Please email me (black.diamondlse@gmail.com) with your details. It may be required when we need to fight together against this scam.
If not today justice will do its job one day.
Bloodshot, what's your Twitter name
If your still reading here it would be good if you unblocked me on twitter trebuchet so i can follow you and keep up with any progress youve made.
Good work by @Trebuchet_Kid to keep up the pressure on Lord Alli and other Conservatives to hold them to account.
sorry to hear twilight-all the best...
Sad that my youngest daughter who is disabled had to lose some of her gains to Koovs..
Live + learn..

Hi All,
I've been a silent reader of this chat for around 18 months. This has been a interesting source of information from all opinions that has assisted my personal research. It was my choice to invest here as I believed AllI wouldn't let this fail at this stage.
I never expected this to be the outcome. So much so that I averaged down a few days before. Now a stupid mistake but it's easy to say that afterwards.
Yes an expensive lesson maybe learned here but hopefully this isn't the end. Maybe just maybe the management and associates will be held accountable for their conduct. For all holders I hope this is the case.
If I was wiser I would have thought more carefully of the physiological impact of losing the lot when investing. This is not easy to come to terms with. I will certainly change my approach going forwards.
Once again thanks and good luck to all.
Yes staggering is one word..shocking is another.
Some know it alls will take pleasure in telling us we knew the risks we were taking but how many investors really know all the risks. Prepack administration?? A "labour" Lord, worth 200 million, running off with small investors money on the same day he makes tens of millions from some of his other companies.?? Buying the company back at a quarter of the market cap, saving himself ÂŁ9 million. Best thing is not to invest in AIM stocks if this is what you can expect, as the excellent link from Applegarth
https://www.investorschronicle.co.uk/shares/2019/12/13/avoid-aim-s-traps/
tells us. Its supposed to allow investment in risky start up/small companies to help them to get funding but when the risks become too high for investors, it just becomes an instrument for short term/daytraders/swing traders etc.
If thats your thing then maybe youll do better than medium/ long term investors.
Ive come to realise im not cynical or short term enough to be successful on AIM.
Not giving up yet on other companies Im invested in here but will be more careful and reduce risks by diversifying more and reducing and eventually eliminating exposure to AIM.
Lost a lot of money here but hopefully I can eventually make it back elsewhere..otherwise it will be a very poor retirement
Can definitely see AIM dying a slow death.
Something I wouldnt wish..even on the Labour Lord Waheed Alli..tempting as it may be.

Interesting but too late for us in KOOV
Thought's of the Loggybog.
If you don't own more than 100s millions of shares in a company, or are not on the BOD you don't count, people on BB's like this need to wake up, your money is at great risk, every one is on the fiddle. DYOR you know I'm right.
.it not completely staggering that your cash has just vanished into thin air, especially in the circumstances that prevail in relation to this 'former' company and nothing whatsoever is done by any regulatory authority of any kind to get to the bottom of why shareholders have been effectively and very efficiently ripped off/defrauded/stolen from. But then again if you are deemed to be of decent character and have the accolade to be knighted a Lord within this realm and you tick all the so relevant diversity boxes in this current age of PC gestapo mind set, then I suppose you can get away scot free with anything. I'm quite a law-abiding character, but if I knew this Lord, I'd steal from the rotten bar steward. Condolences to all who have been a victim here, not the first and sadly will to be the last.
Yes creditors are paid first. Shareholders rarely get compensared...if ever it happens it could be years down the line and only a very small % would be available. The only chance is litigation.
I got a reply from FCA saying they are 'looking' into this matter. GLA
