I am definitely not Waheed Ali to rob you.
Me too.
Happy to send details of holdings although not a paid for subscriber so can’t send message, a gmail account would be more suitable. Thanks for your efforts.
BD - Would it be better for you to create a new email address so PI's can send the information to dedicated site ?
Hi All,
I am tryiing to get the total holding of the team who is going do a legal fight with Waheed ALi for legally robbing the money through the system.
Who ever is comfortable can you PM me with your total number of shares and contact details. I will collect it for the team.
I am doing it along with Putneylad. No lectures please. We need to act fast.
We may need to contact you when its time for the legal action against Waheed.
Thanks.
I sent an email last night to the below, it may be worth more people sending one for someone to take notice or indeed you could look into the FCA for more info.

Is it possible that administrators were about to wind up Koovs, so panicking Alli into a rash impromptu decision without prior thought or consideration. It does seem that many rules were broken. Investords were not given a chance and fund raising could have saved the day for now. But i think there has been presure from banks and the administrators to get sorted and they have been ignoring the situation until their hand was forced by Strand Hanson resigning. This has probably been going into oblivion for months but they lacked fortitude and courage to do more in spite of warnings. As always shareholders are left in the dark until the very last. This is scandalous and should be investigated. Imo
Thanks for the info..I look forward to hearing any further developments.
Tom is back in the group. This from a large shareholder:
Clearly ALLI has bought this through a prepacked administration, which under AIM rules cannot happen
This is a listed PLC company and has shareholders.
Firstly Alli should have requested an EGM and also put out an RNS stating that the company could enter administration and that the company is up for sale. This didn't happen. This is a listed company and this HAS to happen in any case.
Furthermore, it had to be announced that the company is up for sale, to give an opportunity for a buyout. Furthermore an equity raising could have taken place, via a placing, they had headroom to raise circa £5m. This didn't happen
This is a "transaction at undervalue" to defraud investors and needs to be investigated. I am a substantial shareholder here and i will be writing to FRP for them to answer questions in relation to the sale of the company for an "undervalued sum". Furthermore i will be writing to the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform for them to investigate
If this was a Private company, this transaction could have happened, but it wasn't, it is a PLC and a sale of this kind needs to be voted on, and shareholders needed to be informed
One of the duties of the appointed insolvency practitioner (IP) is to identify whether any transactions at undervalue have been carried out.
The IP may be able to go back two years or more from the date of insolvency in their search, and have the right to apply to the court for the transaction(s) to be reversed.
A transaction at undervalue occurs when a business asset is transferred or sold to a third party, either for no payment at all, or for a price that is considerably lower than its true value.
Clearly ALLI thinks he can get away with this, not this time...
Whitman Howard made a placing public to certain people on 4th December, but Koovs did not notify the market!!!
Tinker taylor, are you invested, or just here to give us your advice?
Good to hear from you putneylad. Im sure you and the rest in the twitter group along with other long term holders here wont just easily let this pass without a fight.
Not sure if talygarntom is still in your group but would love to hear his views, as he is obviously very knowledgeable and could be a big help.
LORD ALI .. HAS KICKED THE LOYAL SHAREHOLDERS IN THE BA///S
Sad day for anyone who had taken a punt on this, hopefully it was just a punt for most. Shame to see the usual suspects are still here, still misinterpreting information and still trying to rally others in to a false sense of hope.
Hopefully in the cold light of day most people will realise this was a high risk investment and that the risks were made clear, in the annual report and in the RNS’s. Even with the investment from FLFL this situation was likely, as the loan notes were due to be called in at some point within a year.
Lord Alli hasn’t technically done anything wrong, sure he’s acted in his own interest (which everyone else here would have done, if they could) and in the interest of Koovs by keeping the company alive (which he was duty bound to)
The best thing anyone can do who has lost money is take it as massive learning curve and move on, battle hardened with more experience.
Trying to seek revenge or recoup losses will do nothing but cause people more stress, more time and more money. There’s better opportunities out there.

Some very large shareholders are now on board, Chinner, contact us.
We are gathering evidence as we believe that there has been fraudulent activity, especially with the 'apparent' sale of the company.
As a long term investor, I have been defrauded of my investment. Many questions need answering.
Does anybody have any information regarding the House Broker trying to conduct a placing?
They 100% will
The BOD’s will walk away Scot free of course with their brown paper bags in their LV lap top bags, and if anyone thinks the crook Ali has lost money, think again. The only people who have lost out is us the investors, but we knew the risks, but we didn’t know how bad of a man Ali is.
Strange isn’t it how so called ‘socialists’ make money out of capitalism.
Rampers on here.....shut the f##k up in future, no one with any sense believed you. We all thought this was a good investment for the long term, how wrong were we!!
I hope that the ‘socialist’ Ali and co get their comeuppance......somehow I doubt it very much.
Hi joe, yes. But email me and then we can chat, richard.hall30@yahoo.co.uk
you shafted shareholders not a nice thing to do .. no shame is there
BMR plc went into suspension , the guys there created a BMR watch group , a Committee was created who were to act as the voice for shareholders . To join you had prove you were a share holder etc . Also you need to look at the shareholder register and see who are the biggest holders and make contact with them also , it requires resource & commitment if you want BOD to be accountable .
Chinner, are you on Twitter yet ?
First of all, I'm so sorry if anybody bought on my research. I'm in total shock at what has happened here.
As many of you know, I liked the Indian story but hated the management.
The arrogance of Waheed Alli is astounding. We have been reporting him to the FCA for over 6 months & letting him & the NOMAD Strand Hanson CEO Simon Ragett know this too.
The FCA has a full dossier, but with Alli's huge legal team, there is nothing we can do on this front.
I turned up at the London office on 12th November & met Robert Pursell the CFO. I have photographic proof. He told me not to be so paranoid & that Kishore Biyani was committed to the deal, blaming the RBI. He blamed day traders for the drop, even though i said that the share price & price action never lie. This was obviously a lie as Waheed Alli had already set up the company SGIK 3 INVESTMENTS on 15th Oct (see pic in tweet). This has been planned for months.
Alli took the company into administration in the morning & bought it in the afternoon after it was apparently on sale for a month!
He always promised to return shareholder value & has now wiped out every single shareholder for his own gain.
Koovs paid Hardman & Co to come out with a misleading analysis with a share price value of 74P
For 6 years he has suckered in investors, then collapses the company over £6.5 million which he could of easily funded.
The only recourse we have is a formal complaint to the House of Lords Standards committee where he should lose his peerage as far as I am concerned. We are working on this.
The CFO Robert Pursell, the CEO Mary Turner, the PR firm Newgate Communications & all those who around Koovs need to be exposed too.
There is a lot of bad feeling & noise being generated against Koovs on Twitter. Hopefully, someone, somewhere will pick up on this.
Any advise will be appreciated, contact me via....

I sold up at the high last week and was just waiting for it to fall below 3p to buy back in .,.. sometimes you've just got to take advantages that are stuck infromt of your faces .,... I wasn't convinced it would take off ..... Al ot of hot air being blown around on here and Twitter ....seen it so many times before ....... Message to the newbies ...... Do your own research ....trust your own instinct ..and believe nothing written anywhere unless it's got RNS at the top !
Ok chaps we need to get together on this, as individuals we have no voice but as a mass of share holders some holding millions of shares we have a voice and can do something. Who’s up for a meeting? Not to sure what else to suggest, just can’t believe I’m even having to post this after all these years here and pots of cash that I’ve ploughed into this most corrupt management/business.
Apologies if already posted

Well after a night of no sleep I just can’t believe what I’m reading in some articles, he’s a hero don’t you know!!!! No He’s an utter disgrace that the papers will be enlightened with. The more I’m thinking about this the more angry I’m getting, he had this planned all along, he could of had 2-3 more placings to raise funds, I honestly can’t believe he’s done this to the shareholders and please god I hope I never bump into him, or any of the useless bod too.
