So glad we’re fully funded and not the type of investor that chases a loss
I'm sure that all the people who bought at 0.8p will be happy to hear they are not chasing a loss😂
Personally I always take the fully funded with a pinch of salt. Have seen many things fail after being fully funded and it is not as much of a secure blanket as people think it is.
Don't get me wrong I am very happy to be invested here - but you still need to keep your eyes open to risks. How is Cora gold doing with it's fully funded to production going?
Incidentally the lack of new mining licences is likely the reason why Bernard has not progressed the gold very much. After all there is not too much point in rushing full steam ahead, spending millions - when there is no chance of actually getting it out of the ground any time soon!
For the record - I am invested in the fully funded Cora gold, only 80% down now!
for the love of god Mali pleeeeease start issuing licences again soon🤣🤣🤣
Horult, Nielle Goldfield is not in Mali, Nielle is the one close to a maiden resource.
We have more than enough money for the DMS, I am not sure why you question being fully funded?
I am not questioning being fully funded I know we are.
But that does not guarantee success
Horult, I disagree with you on that point. Funding is one aspect and there is no question about being fully funded above DMS costs.
Success or failure of the project is entirely different and that would be down to you to highlight any concerns within the mining data.
We are very lucky here, our CEO is a geologist, Kodal have conformed with independent labs and Hainan, a mining company with access to their own mining resources have bought in at great cost - I don't see a stronger proposition at this stage.
Nielle goldfied is not in Mali so there is no mining licence issue.
I think you have woken up a little negative due possibly to other investment holdings?
Not at all, just pointing out being fully funded is no guarantee, cora is fully funded but dead, HZM was fully funded
just pointing out people do not need to be completely blinkered and assume that fully funded = zero risk
and it is most certainly not down to me to highlight concerns in mining data!
even though everything is looking great and rosy right now - that means diddly squat as things can and do go wrong
Totally agree with you Horult.
I didn’t say this was zero risk. If you read it like that then maybe you shouldn’t be investing on aim.
Fully funded is a lot less risky than being diluted every couple of months and not realising the previous highs are getting further away with every dilution.
Some investors take it personally that the company owes them the short fall on their investment instead of moving on to other companies and winning back that shortfall.
Human nature I suppose
Horult, I just find your comments odd. Especially for someone who is supposed to be invested.
Connecting unrelated subjects.
Funding is funding. What has that got to do with potential failure?
I don't see the point you are making. Random negative comments from nowhere and nothing to support them.
A bolt of lightening could strike us dead. My car has spanking new tyres, doesn't stop it overheating.
If your other investment choices have been poor get a stress ball or something.
Agree you need to be aware of risks, I invest in FTSE 100, and see AIM as more of a gamble punt. I do not invest in AIM with a few exceptions.
agree fully funded is less risky - but things can go wrong. Fully funded can easily turn into unexpected issues followed by needing more funds and dilution. The other company you seem to be trying to have subtle digs at - that was fully funded at one point.
agree, you need to reassess but I would not say blanket rule of walk away. If you still like the company you average down. I have averaged down several times with KODAL after a miss timed trade. Don't blame anybody else, it was your choice to buy.
Have you lost the plot Horult?
If you are in a bar, follow my rule don't go online or text anyone.
You said your Cora investment was 80% down. What are you on about?
Quite simple, Laverda, I bought come shares in cora - they have dropped 80% since I bought them
