Most traders enter and exit with profits, and if you stay too long, you'll be left holding the baby.
Winstonwolf...add on Saudi interests....what price then?
Then the market cap should be circa £170m at least by the time this mine is built. Frank Giustra's rule of thumb is $100m per 100k oz production per annum. This suggests to me that a share price of 3.2p isn't off the cards after financing is completed and construction can begin.
TK is clearly going to be very profitable for kefi but will be dwarfed by the tsunami of cash that will be generated from our assets in Saudi. As Tom W says 6p in the medium term here is not unreasonable given a fair wind...
The excitement is only just starting a big, very big rerate from here.....What price in the next few weeks?
Yup.
According to TW he was sitting on insider news re 2nd bank from HA
2nd bank was sitting on final credit committee meeting last thursday and it went through.
Everything passed bar formal sign off of loan, probably before end of the month
PLUS Saudi which is already large but could be spectacular as they have so much ground having been a first mover in the space.
Good luck all.
This is going to happen.
140,000 oz of gold per year
X 0.8 Kefi share
X 700 dollars profit per oz
divide by 1.25 to get dollars in pounds.
And you the 62.7million pounds per year profit or free cash flow or whatever actual economists call it.
Basically Kefi is valued at half its 2026 projected annual profit/free cash flow.
Which is so low it’s ridiculous.
TW bearcast ..... "If you can't see that the project is over the line .. you need to get to Specsavers"
Luv it :)
1p?
Tom W still keen on this company!
'We will serve up a detailed analysis later today on this website but ahead of then. I reckon that on fundamentals Kefi, at 0.59p, could be worth anything up to 6p.
I suggest that Kefi should be well over 1p within a month. So, you may be down on your longer term holdings but now is a time to claw some back quickly with trading buys looking to almost double your investment today within six weeks.'
It's looking like will be concluded, toes and fingers crossed.
One thing I'm sure when announced that is done will rerate beautifully 💥
The last placing was a surprise, however, the company now has circa 5m cash and is stating sign off within the next 17 working days at which point the share price is going to rocket.
Once finance is secured, mine construction underway and strong saudi assets involvement i think KEFI becomes a strong takeover target prior to production
I don't think any LTHs trust HAA, especially after the last 'pump' to get the Placing away. BUT, if Harry can get the TK deal across the line the current SP will seem like the bargain of 2024....
All goes well with the share price as is moving ahead, some will say and about time
Yes.
Conditional approvals are approvals subject to conditions.
Those conditions are pre-close, so they are conditions precedent (not subsequent).
So, we await approvals which will still be subject to conditions precedent, which is precisely where Walter Mitty said we were at, many months ago.
I’m sure that progress is being made, but as long as I live Inwill not trust a single word HAA utters. Period.
We are (over) due an update from Saudi....
Should get more updates on the 15th and 16th May if not the actual awaited May sign-off news .
HAA in London presenting:-

Just more BS.
Can someone please clarify what 'final {conditional} approvals' are?
Thanks Electric... this update could be - do just that... i.e., to issue new warrants.. :) being sceptical..
Fantasy - I belive this was asked a little while ago. IIRC, the answer was that they could not alter the terms of existing warrants, including the expiry date, but they could potentially issues new warrants on identical terms, with a new expiry date.
Good RNS and better movement up with it, time to take more notice of the company looking ahead. Last 2 movements are on the UP 0.568 v 0.588p
Does KEFI or its BOD has the authority to extend the warrants or do they need to come to the shareholders for the same? does anyone know?
I'm always wary of an optimistic HAA as it 'normally' is a prelude to a fund raise. Let's hope this is a genuine attempt to keep shareholders up to date with 'progress' towards TK finance sign off.....
