Criticism has a place when it illuminates and done in the interests of evaluation and fairness,but, the criticism of late has been "picky" and unfair and done in a manner that is just so biased in every respect,it is nice to see some degree of positivity on this board,as the fundamentals look so strong as we draw ever nearer to reaping the benefits and the risk declines....

No intimidation,just a request for clarification....it is nice to see positivity on this board after months of certain posters posting needless 2nitpicking2 and moaning despite all the positives that could be looked at....this is a very"satisfactory" change!.....

And your point is?.....Are you pointing out that this is undervalued and has a lot of catching up to do? or....That the next 6 months is the important 6 months coming up? or.... just moaning for the sake of it?.....Nice to see others are seeing the realities and being positive.....and buying....

THX has been a great multibagger for me,and I feel very confident of further multibagging with that one,but, for me MTL has a declining risk profile that should rerate the share ,and very shortly,in my opinion....

This share always carried risk,but that risk is receding. The s.p. is now lower than when I sold out at the top in July last year.....How much cash generation in that time....How much mine development in that time? How much has the goldprice gone up in that time? How near are we to the new mine opening? How much as the risk receded?

This is a good time to add....Rock bottom valuation for a share being continually derisked by the cash generation and deployment of capital. We are getting nearer and the share is being derisked with every extra ounce of gold,all the risk being placed on the shares is being at this low market cap is receding the further we get to November and December....It seems logical that the s.p. must go up,as long as gold continues to hold and the cash generation continues. A receding risk profile must have punters and Investors increasingly looking.....Share has a big rerate coming,and not in November and december ,but, very much earlier,in my opinion.....

Regardless of the dent that negativity could make,it is not nice to read on a constant basis ,unless, for real and tangible reasons apertaining to the business. You may note that posters such as Lee give reasons and credibility rather than sour grape comments that look like they come from boredom and frustration...I think we are all a little bored and frustrated with the share price,but, no excuse for sour grape comments,in my opinion.

Surrey....I said often....If you wanted to talk the share down you could not be doing much of a better job....Negativity does deter Investors from Investing do you not think? Negativity for reasons apertaining to the business are understandable,but, negativity without good reasons...I really do not understand?

Nice to see MTL on the risers leaderboard.....That has not happened very often of late....Well deserved on a good presentation that answered many questions....

I like Darrens presentation,he is honest and tells it like it is....I do not want sugar coating and presentation over substance and facts....Just plain honesty,,,warts and all....I avoid slick presentation and look for honesty and truth...

At this or near this gold price the company is hugely profitable,and the further we get to November and December the more obvious the case for Investment will become...."nitpicking" about presentation will not register in evaluations very soon,in my opinion.....We are on the right path and the destination is now very visible.....

You pays your money and you take your chanes....Risky?....Yes.....Is there light at the end?....maybe....Risk to reward fair?.....It could be....All to play for,but will I invest here? not yet...

Balance is needed,but, "knitpicking" is nothing but"knitpicking" when you have been told everything "on track"....Surely better to concentrate on the important information as we get nearer and nearer to mine opening?...."knitpicking" over nothing makes no sense!

Sakura. They have confirmed they are on schedule or ahead,why "knitpick"?....Why do you not see the positives and comment on those?....Surely the positives given today are worth comment more than your "knitpicking"?

The company did surprise me with the price the placing was at....but placing there was,as expected....everything else I have said on this board about CGNR has been right since 2019....This has been a money earner for me....and getting in cheap before news expected has been a good ploy in the past.....expecting so again....we shall see.....

I think some are getting in before the crowds descend on this in November and December,and Gold price has definitely helped to get here,as this time last year we would only have hoped for this level....S.P. just has to catch up with what is happening on the ground....Long way up from here,in my opinion....

Edochan...i would like you to read all my posts on cgnr from 2019 to date. I have made huge profits and sold and then re bought several times. The best was in at 3p and selling at 14p within a year,but, there have been several times the big profits have been made. All in my posting history. The key is to buy at times such as this when it is off the radar and Investors are bored,and then sell when the s.p. ignites,which it often does. News and this can double overnight.....this is cheap,and the news this week was excellent ,as they are understanding the geology and getting close to where they need to be....we could be very close to game changing news....
