UPshunt that is called a PONZI!!!!
Will it drop into the fours next week definitely worth a punt then
It felt like we had momentum the last month and now it feels like we have become bogged again.
Nothing changes though. I have enough exposure already but on a risk reward for a new investor it should be a buy.
Thanks Condor, I see the company started in 2007 and hasn't generated any revenue in that 16 years.
Could this company at least hold a world record for fleecing shareholders for over a decade and a half and still managed to still be listed on a UK market?
Kefi will have made a fortune for London markets over the years with all the traders having a punt on the promise of jam tomorrow. TW will have made a few quid selling his inside knowledge to those prepared to pay for his potions n lotions.
This company although more like a ball and chain to share holders is a national asset and lucky charm for HA and financial bloggers. Perhaps Kefi deserves some sort of award for keeping the balls in the air, we also need a philanthropist to step up and gift more money to keep this epic alive.
"TW has exchanged emails with HAA overnight, apparently banks may still sign off the finance this month and confirmed that “boots” ARE on the ground. GLA."
Worth repeating.
Pretty transparent by the usual suspects when you do not have any good arguments play the man rather than the ball hence first trash harry then TW then move onto posters and shareholders.
I think that's the most desperate you've ever been Electric. In over your head and totally resigned to your fate.
Somebody mentioned 'imminent' in a meeting earlier. Immediately asked me why what she said got a reaction. I had to apologise, it was no reflection on her or what she had said.
As opposed to being snookered ?
Right on cue.

(note how he mentions he was in constant contact with ceos.... and getting upbeat feedback)
Yeah agree Electricloin but Harry should know by now not to give the usual suspects an opening to trash the share as that's their main hobby.
TCM I'd like to see your face when this gets over the line, priceless
Complete overreaction by many posters, and to an extent, the SP over the last couple of days IMHO. Sure, we're all disappointed we didn't get a nice Christmas prezzie, but some of the posts have been comically over-the-top. The absolute invasion of doommongers the moment a breath of bad news appears is quite ridiculous.
Looks like a couple more weeks for the banks to finish (yet) more paperwork, that's all. HAA is disappointed the Christmas target wasn't hit as well - that's why he's downcast in the interview. He's feeling it too, same as we are. But as he says, when a group of multi-billion dollar entities are loaning you $390m, they're entitled to make sure that every i is dotted and every t is crossed.
None-the-less all indications are it's happening, and soon. If you believe HAA is lieing to your face, then what are you even doing here? Spend your energies elsewhere. But if you take even a fraction of it at face value, then it remains a matter of holding your nerve, topping up if you can, and remaining patient. Surely we all should be well-practiced at that now!
As far as I can see, this is one of those occasions when you will look back in a year or two, and wish you'd bough more at this price. Not financial advice! DYOR, etc.
GLA. Happy holidays, and fingers-crossed for a profitable new year!
Robbie thanks for sharing Merry Christmas to you and everyone who believe in success with Kefi
Big thanks Robbieishere Harry lucky he has TW to dig him out of holes that's all we really needed to know for now that teams were being mobilized and the pivot point of bank banking was not far off.
They can add a few berries to the Christmas pudding with a statement from the banks when they sign off and images of the teams on the ground and hopefully should get some future coverage in the Ethiopian press all that can be more reassuring than Harry reassuring us.
LOL !! anyone who still takes Harry or TW words at face value needs to give themselves a massive kick up the backside.
TW started to tip this when the share was 75p old money... back in 2011. Since then he's covered it with repeated buys (250 times).... and all the while the share has dropped 99%.
Only desperate lemmings pay any heed to his ramblings. The guy ran a 'gold' fund to the ground.. put shareholders money in stocks that went belly up.
TW has exchanged emails with HAA overnight, apparently banks may still sign off the finance this month and confirmed that “boots” ARE on the ground. GLA.
Worst interview in ages. Seemed downbeat and spent most of it looking down instead of at the camera. A worried man look.
HAA was praising himself back in Oct-23, as if the finance was sorted. One thing HAA can do is - stop talking and get on with sorting the finance. Every time he opens his mouth, trust goes down hill - thats what happens if you don't deliver.
"Well Harry made a bit of a dogs breakfast of the interview people just really needed to be given a feel of when we would get bank sign off and know that everyone was behind the project and he needs to stop squashing all the stages including construction together."
I do not know about doing volunteer work, but I thought this company was a charity as I already have made numerous donations. :>)
I know I am never going to be nominated for the board, but could those LT shareholders who are considerably low in the water (like myself) offer to do some volunteer work for the company. I over the past three or four years I have offered to drive the digger but there might be some shareholders who have fantastic finance skills and could offer to take over a finance role voluntarily. Kefi could eventually gift some shares to those who saved the company from perhaps a further succession of fundraisers, is this a realistic idea?
Looked at the rerun of that interview. He looks dejected. Can't blame him. So would I if I was going to lose my warrants.... unless he plays a blinder of course.
Just got in from some Christmas present shopping. A few things for the wife and girlfriend ;-))
Let's be REAL. We have had over 50 Million shares sold so far, over the last day or so. To my mind, this tells me we are in for a surprise.
I think someone posted about warrants coming up to expiry shortly. Whether these will be exercised or not we are going to be diluted one way or another.
31 October RNS : "KEFI has working capital in place to underpin its planned runway to the intended launch of the Tulu Kapi Project finance in the coming months."
"Planned" and "intended" didn't come off, that much is obvious. You can't say you haven't been warned.
If there is to be a placing it will be a bloodbath. Forward sellers, spivs and flippers only - no retail offer and no "institutional" they were so keen to trumpet last time.
Look at HE1 in the last 24 hours, there's the template. KEFI might be able to get away with a smaller discount but it will still be pretty steep. 35p = 50% off the last placing? Hard to see how Harry survives that. Those institutionals from last time will not be happy with a 7 figure haircut in 7 months.
Happy Christmas everyone.
If you say it enough times ,even so no one will believe you ! Also boring , wrong and No evidence to give it credibility ,trade your secrets elsewhere .
