Might be worth a bit more if these come off:
Phase I production capacity of 50,000 tons of lithium hydroxide (page 57)
https://www.reddit.com/r/CadenceMinerals/comments/tswuyl/ganfeng_annual_report_presentation_sonora_phase_1/
https://www.benchmarkminerals.com/membership/exclusive-ganfeng-eyes-us-oems-for-strategic-stake-in-mexican-lithium-project/
And Of course Li prices have risen 5 fold since the DFS
It was before Ganfengs involvement, albeit lithium prices were lower. What figure have you come up with as fair value for our part based on the DFS @Obs?
BCN only owned half of Sonora at the end... ;-)
The figure our BOD quoted as acceptable was anything up to US$15M.
Lol @Obs, US$9M seems to be the going rate we'd accept ;-)
You figured what that would be yet @Dallas? ;-)
Sure @Zoom56,
same thoughts, pushed above my 100% max - at 13.2p and above recently, if it wasn't for the advances in EV battery tech and the inevitable end of ICE I might be as pessimistic as others but what I'm seeing leads me to the same conclusion as you.
A_L.O has got it so wrong Bolivia will use private investment, they were to announce on 15th June from around six interested parties but have delayed so until December, Argentina and Chile already are.
GL
Ganfeng must be looking at the deal we accepted with Hastings and thinking, maybe we should offer them fair value for the piddly amount in the DFS and we'll too get the rest of their 30% for free :-)
@observer842,
yes, just a handful now about 20% of the previous max,
HAS - slide 18 should be interesting to some!
70% of production contracted for ten years - and another European T1 Automotive Component Supplier MOU signed still quantity and tenor under negotiation.

I do believe we would have clinched a deal with Ganfeng by now had A_L.O not thrown a spanner in the works, still, we shouldn't forget the value in these will become evident soon, I can honestly say everyone I speak to in the market for a new car is considering EV's and most are committed, others have done so.
let's not forget the few on here who posted years ago that both HAS and Ganfeng would increase their planned production before the projects begin - odds on that HAS will follow but by how much?

You won't see me mentioning disruption three years from now, that'll be old news.
Thanks for looking to the future Jimb. 2023 and beyond is when our investments start getting really interesting and the Li demand/supply ratio gets ever tighter - even slipping into under supply if project timelines follow their tendency to move sideways.
I certainly have a heavy weighting in KDNC in my portfolio and continue to buy on the dips to lower my av. It’s hard to believe we’re back into the 10’s - I see it as an opportunity rather than a trend, with an up-tick on the horizon as news of the MRE and PFS for Amapa are released and the politics of Mexico face the reality of how they’re going to integrate the private sector into their energy future.
I’m clearly pint half full and taking the longterm view after 8yrs of investing here. The fundamentals grow ever more compelling ;-)
I own shares here! lol. And I've declared INSP too. Do you still own INSP @jimb, anyone else, it's an old (practically decrepit now) DL baby? Thought I'd start posting again to counter some of the incredible FUD spread over the past few years, do feel free to join me ;-)
And you G L A
Jimb2 Do you know anyone who own shares here apart from me
Well, battery tech is developing so fast could we be on the J curve vertical very soon?
CATL mass production 1000Km range and 80% charge in ten minutes and mass production starts next year.
https://insideevs.com/news/594134/catl-qilin-new-high-energy-density-battery/
They are not alone, there are a few batteries coming with 1000km range - 620 miles!
#####
Disruption, the end of ICE could be before 2030!
More lithium more REMS.
80% charge in ten minutes is 500 mile - now take a long dose of Tony Seba if you don't get what that means and these technologies are built around lithium.
