y/ we are nearly there 10.25
What planet are you on, current performance means we all will have bought higher and left to watch the decline, or sell, at these prices the equivalent of putting a gun to your head! Lose ,lose situation unless people start doing what they are paid for.
Really think you are seeing shadows @Ivy, and besides, it's not how forward selling works from my experience, it's during a spike upwards on volume. 2m shares is peanuts in terms of a raise. If anything it'll be the remaining circa 25m shares, and more likely around the 20p area in the form of a CLN if you ask me, though 29p would be "fairer" eh @Kiran? lol. If you think it's mostly due to a single person selling out, then it could be an estate cashing in on their behalf, or any manner of other reasons why a large holder has had enough here... In my experience it usually pays to buy low, sell high, not the other way round. But we shall see won't we, and hopefully soon! Amapa updates are now imminent. ;-)
@Observer842 I have been keeping note of dealings in last 3 weeks or so. It seems like a pattern
emerging to me. Most decent sized buys have been met with sales--my rough calculation of sales
[those in round figures in excess of 30k] total over 2m in that time.
Just seems like the normal pre-sale on AIM to a dilution in prospect.
Really don't understand where you are coming from @Ivy. Perhaps if you ask nicely enough those selling today to chase the drops elsewhere in the market might fess up. It's the AIM drip IMHO. Not enough buyers on low volume = slow decline in share price. Suits me whilst I'm buying... Though paused for now.
Any one still think this continuing selling is normal market activity? Not a chance.
Just ignore them. Carry on with the ramping. Theyy have had the monopoly far too long now.
if this bull of/number crunching carrys on for the rest of the week , we will be under 10p bye friday
@EV_Bull rooky mistake be me but still hopefully way too big to even consider a p*****g ! Thankfully KM has mentioned a number of options already
You see what just happened, is that he wasn't getting many upticks today, so he thought he would make statement after statement that means next to nothing, just to get our attention.
Surely, complaining about the p word is up there as well?
@cmsammy it's £20m ($24m) as far as we know, but a raise would need shareholder approval for that amount and I don't see that being feasible. Hopefully Kiran clarifies this in the Q&A.
Exactly right @Dallas. And it would have let it be known more widely that the $660m that is bandied about by @Kiran IS NOT AN NPV. Still we've got that nice little surprise to come for those who don't realise, or want to the believe the potential of the project that has been estimated by some of the regulars on here and there. I'll be extremely surprised if it's not > $1B, and why I've been piling in at these give away prices... Each to their own though! ;-)
Agreed, would have attracted interest and provided a base to build on.
Yes - we skipped the scoping study. Personally think this was to our (KDNC, not the project's) detriment, but there you go.
lol @Obs, again, it's not what I like...it's what was said ;-)
Actually with a date, traders would have been building positions (moving the sp)....They buy the rumour / sell the news don't you know ;-)
On a serious note though, it could be anytime for the MRE, but I'm going for PFS end of July lol.
Did we skip the promised Scoping study to go straight to PFS?
Bit like ordering a new car, I was told mine would be on the new reg, a 22 plate, looks like it's going to be a 72 plate lol hoping for the PFS first.
lol @Dallas today is sometime this year right? ;-) I think he might have got a tap on the shoulder for giving a date out! I mean, who would do that on an AIM share - practically begging the swing traders to leave for a "break"! The MRE could land at any time, and the PFS could land the same week. But yeah - it could be December the 31st if you like. lol.
@TC, bit of confusion there lol, he's been quoted as saying tail end of July, and more recently MRE followed by PFS sometime this year!
That would give Mike something to moan about !! ME TOO !
At least with a SP this low it must surely rule out a placing £24m / 11p = 218,181,181 shares !!!!!
is it still on time on budget?… the pfs that is…
@Ivy, they are only large relative to the low volume we have at the moment. It's always the way on AIM shares. It's called the drip. People sell for all sorts of reasons, and the SP is brought down way below the fundamentals if the current holders aren't or can't add to balance - and I'd say an open offer probably wiped out many of ours! (hope Kiran appreciates this!) - and then the technicals start to make the selling self-fulfilling. We get some good results and some good publicity in the next few weeks and months and we will absolutely fly. Heck, I'm not even sure the last placing got fully flipped yet, so a bit early to be talking about new placings IMHO - but stranger things have happened! lol. Maybe a CLN at the open offer price for £4m? That's approximately the authorisation they've got left IIRC?
@Observer842 re 10.35 post.
We have had 2x100k + 2x50k = 300k sales so far today a steady volume of similar
in last couple of weeks.
I consider those to be large sales!
@EV, I think it will be a lot easier for investors to get their heads around the structure of this JV than our previous one with HAS and our Sonora JV. The PFS will Judge ;-)
@TC, I agree, and think I said at the time we took our 7% early IMO (without all the operational and environmental licences in place) that it was to fund DEV's ongoing ops.
