Obs @ your 09:22 ..... not knowing how to value it based on what didn't stop Kiran indicating that both Yangi & Sonora were worth $200M each to us when justifying how we could get to 2.18 per share (pre consolidation) did it....you know the one where he gobbed off & announced to the world that Bacanora would raise at 25p some time before they'd even announced it themselves ... I remember it well... shame they didn't post the webinar publicly afterwards so we could all listen to it again eh?? .... but then I think Secker may have had something to do with that LoL ......
Not just any old raise, a raise under 15p. Haha.
No raise is coming, stop with the blatant deramping. There are £15m in saleable Equities and our net cash position increased by £0.78 million to £1.39 million.

Completely agree Bannor, raise coming under 15p
Go you good thing . Up 1 % here we go
Apart from the posters who are trying to undermine share price do I detect a consensus including the “moaners” that KDNC is undervalued and that the completion of Amapa will trigger a substantial increase in value of KDNC?
More negotiable I'd say Obs, not necessarily valuable lol ;-) They'd just charge us more for digging it up ;-)
LoL @Dallas. Fortunately from a negotiation perspective, the higher the lithium price the more valuable the clay ;-)
Watching lithium prices is irrelevant IMO...BCN wanted the JV to sell 'clay' not lithium. Without a mining JV agreement, how can our BOD give valuations....they haven't agreed any terms yet lol.
Thanks Observer
When I looked at close of business yesterday the buys substanially exceeded sales. Where were the large sales?
Bannor /hold tight it will clime up over the next 2 days
LoL @Bannor. "I find myself asking who has enough shares for these big sells without notifications" You don't really think it's just one person selling do you? Really?
@degsie & @Mer. I understand your frustrations around our joint venture valuations, but it's tricky to value them. Sure, @Kiran could value them based on sunken costs, or NPV based on existing mining plans. But I suspect there is a risk in stating these values if it came to sale/negotiations, and would reaffirm to the market our low CapEx - for surely our BoD believe their value, as many here do, will prove to be significantly higher than this in time - and why we continue to hold on to them - even preventing a re-domicile for one. They've indicated this in the past, but to place a concrete value on it? What do you expect them to say?: IF BCN do this, and IF HAS do that, then they'll be worth $$$... No, that won't sit well coming from us. Instead I'm hopeful that once Amapa closes WHI will issue a report, where THEY can do a risked analysis of everything resulting in a pounds and pence valuation, where they are well within their rights to take into account expansion plan likelihoods from Sonora and Yangibana, as they did for Cinovec. All in my humble opinion. But perhaps I'm wrong, perhaps @Kiran could produce something akin to my estimates of the Sonora JV's under various expansion plans in an RNS. I doubt it though.
Lies by definition are made up!!!!........ the problem is not lies it's progress & expressed timelines of progress &/or whether elements have been misunderstood, misrepresented or relevant sticking points/challenges been omitted for convenience or other reason withheld from us.
I wouldn't want Kiran doing a webinar at the moment I wouldn't put it past him to say we're overvalued anyway or that one of our key partners is about to do something negative that they haven't announced yet ...... wouldn't be the first time would it!!
My real concern is that the next announcement won't be positive at all but will be for a raise now that the SP has dropped .... it wouldn't be the first time in my opinion a share has dropped significantly (manipulated or not who can know!!) for a further discounted raise to occur for the usual suspects & mates to get in at an even further reduced point - wouldn't put anything past an AIM Co & BoD ....after all that's what we are, we're all gambling on unknowns, hopes & assumptions.
If it's going to happen it will & there's nothing we (& seemingly little Kiran) can do about it IMO other than wait for the courts to determine the next phases UNLESS something happens that takes us out if the frame for AMAPA with nothing at all - & that is still a possible outcome IMO.
Apart from the fact the market generally toook a god kicking yesterday I find myself asking who has enough shares for these big sells without notifications or whether a raise is being forward sold...
Just my opinions & NO now is not the time to talk about replacing the BoD .... there was a time previously & may come once again but now now IMO as much as I distrust & dislike them ... Certainly not with that shyster with NPD (my opinion) Lenigas.
Just a matter of waiting now for me for the outcome of Amapa & GFL takeover of BCN & whether that means anything for us .... wish I'd waited to buy today now at a price I'd said a couple of weeks back but caved at just over 20p.... hey ho....
@EV_
You have great faith in the courts... They will only deal with the legals and what is presented.
Of course they will be aware of the ramifications but their job is to apply the Law..
How many times have you heard the expression "The Law is an ass"..
Why should it be any different in Brazil.?
Indeed. That Dispatch Conclusions has been sat there for over a week now...
The courts will sort it out, 15,000 jobs are at stake.
The latest movements indicate there could be a judgment on Advanced Guardianship soon.

ian12 - yes this is a very good question and a good point, perhaps the 'Perma Bulls' can answer this as it is not a theory ?
Degsie
I emailed overnight and reply is
“Kiran did a podcast 6 WEEKS ago .”
Share price has fallen 40% in last 4 Weeks yet Kiran prefers to put his head in the sand like an ostrich!
I asked in previous email for him to set out our percentage assets with their today £ values
He does nothing -TIME for a CHANGE to a more proactive PR ceo.
At least Lenigas was PR active !
All the evidence is there, court sittings and rns's no one can make up lies, problem is some people come up with their own theories and people believe them until they get news and get back on track but quickly forget and follow those that still push their theories or lies,, sometime I can't believe we have grown ups on these share chat boards and ok eople who are investing real money lol,
I think the problem is a failure by BOD to communicate. We have been made aware of the potential of Amapa and we know that the investment in EMH has a value of about £13m. However shareholders have not been given enough information to value the JVs. KDNC has 30% of some of Yangibana and 30% of much of Sonora; Hastings has a market cap of £200m and BCN has a market cap of £258m In addition KDNC has an investment in lithium assets in OZ. Market cap of KDNC today is £28m. I do not understand the reasons for shareholders not being told the values of these investments.
I agree about the banks dragging on, a year to me was the limit to what I would say is acceptable, however I also believe there is now too much focus on Amapa when our battery materials and REM's are shortly coming into play:
Hastings has mobilised personnel and equipment to the Yangibana Project site to commence early works on
selected infrastructure.
https://www.investi.com.au/api/announcements/has/1976a11d-243.pdf
Ganfeng should begin plant construction before year end after initials site clearance started in February- we may have an offer concluded before then
EMH:
Czech power producer CEZ aims to decide by year-end on the make-up of a consortium to build a "gigafactory" to make auto batteries, a vital element in securing the future of the Czech Republic's largest manufacturing sector.
EMH have just appointment the project manager for Cinovec
UN today Joe Biden will will cover the US committment - all leading up to COP26 already 50% of US vehicles to be electric by 2030.
There's going to be a great deal of focus on materials supply over coming weeks - be prepared to be surprised - last week $490m investment in Ioneer Nevada 50% JV deal.
Lithium and REM's look to be solid investments for years to come, if you recall lithium juniors were going under a year ago due to low Spodumene prices being under $550 /t now Pilbara sold 8,000 t at around $2,250 /t
https://www.spglobal.com/platts/en/market-insights/latest-news/metals/091421-pilbara-minerals-second-spodumene-auction-concludes-at-sharply-higher-price-than-first
Finding investors for projects won't be as painful as we have experienced - it's all lining up IMVHO
Then we have Australia - I doubt the bod have been idle since the interims:
We are also in the process of reviewing our privately held assets, in particular, our early-stage lithium prospects in north Australia. We believe that these could be of some strategic importance given their proximity to the Finniss Project, owned by ASX listed Core Lithium.
Our neighbours Core have Ganfeng's off-take for 80% over four years plust a direct investment:
Australia’s Core Lithium signs offtake agreement with Ganfeng
10 Aug 2021 (Last Updated August 10th, 2021 15:37)
Ganfeng will buy 300,000 dry metric tonnes of spodumene concentrate from the Finniss project

Happy to add at these prices, if Amapa doesn't happen we have plenty to look forward to.
I agree with ‘soon to be rich’, beware of fear, greed and impatience, things always take longer than expected and you should factor in a surprise hurdle.
The risk v reward is high v very high on this share so if does come off we will all be rewarded very handsomely.
The fundamentals have only improved since I invested, it’s only market conditions and sentiment that are currently in a dip
How can a single Bank hold of signing for such a long period without the Court's stepping in. Looks like Kiren is feeding us crap once again. Been here over 8yrs not de-ramping but nothing has come to fruition since!!!!!!
