Another 199.9 empty bulker arrived... BULK ATACAMA
Indeed @EV. Thanks for drawing my attention to the agency update. Although confident, I'm not as confident as you appear! The way I see it is that they are PLANNING for the deal to close this month, and that this month they are more confident than they were last month when they appeared to be planning for the deal to close, as this month evidence suggests that they have booked ships for the (4) slots. However, part of me questions the AGM date. Typically in business you don't know when a deal WILL complete by but you often know when it will NOT complete by. So IMHO the BoD are either extremely confident it will complete by the AGM (and I mean bar acts of God confident!), or they are in possession of information which suggests that it will not complete for some time, and therefore thought they'd get the AGM out of the way, for whatever reason - perhaps because they'd rather not see investors face to face?
Perhaps I should be more confident given how many shares I hold, but I don't see the point in hiding my concerns, especially since it's very unlikely (impossible?) that anything we say will effect the eventual outcome, and as I keep saying, I'm happy to continue to buy below the 29p options price which I have been doing this week and last, especially when, admittedly mostly circumstantial, evidence continues to build in our favour! ;-)
Ob.
So it's not by Saturday? Or before next Friday? Or before the AGM?
I hope you're right but please, don't insult people or pretend to know what's going on.
Here's a reminder of the RNS from 30/08/2019:
"Over the next four months our key targets will the start of detailed recommissioning studies and the start shipment of the stockpiles by the end of December 2019". (not my spelling errors btw)
And you wonder why people have doubt and uncertainty? It's pretty obvious, isn't it?
I'd have thought we'd have the good news before the AGM (4th August 2021).
do l need to buy any more on that info because if l do the s/p will go down that is my luck.
Still could be!
I was hoping within the next two days. Shame it wasn't written that it had to conclude by the 17th.
Curious that a court deadline would take us to a Saturday, unless -5 days refers to working days which would take us t a week on Friday.
@Observer, have you seen the Agency, makes you think about what I was saying previously.
News imminent in my view.
I re-translated the court judgement on 1041359-79.2015.8.26.0100

P.s From KPMG documents the "Manageress" of Dev is Raquel Dalesco so the "she" fits in with that.

Let's see what today brings , The 7 am RNS hope it is good ;
:(
Yep, there we go, back to back now, I don't think we'll mind shipping schedules changing once we have our 20% sorted :-).
And there it is. There are still 4 named ships for DEV docking this month. 2 p1, 2 p2. Schedules change. Wouldn't be surprised to see 1 or 2 of those slip into August.
It'll be close. Might see a swap...
@Obs CDH is a new build, maybe the captain was taking it for a spin, training his colleagues or maybe he pressed the wrong button on the sat nav.
Seems to be heading in towards the original port as planned now.
I don't have a satellite source as I can't see it on shipfix though maybe because it is new.
Not sure if it can reach BR SAN in five days from CO, might be a stretch?
@DodgerRoger Yes for Unamgen

Exactly @joe. Perhaps I'm underselling what the BoD think we'll be able to achieve, though to me £200m would feel like a decent offer if it came BEFORE a re-rate. An offer of £200m when we are sat at £180m just wouldn't sit right on AIM if the share and its holders still had great expectations of growth, which it should do! Offer me £200m when we are at £45m and I might just go for it. :-)
I would not be gutted at £1.40p a share.
But if I had that many options and knew what they would earn me by the end of the mine and what else was likely to come I would be gutted if we sold out.
