mlq/ l was agree at nooke post he obvious never read all the post you posted.
cause / l cannot see them shipping just yet l would suggest the earliest would be in a few weeks time and not before there is only a few ports and l cannot see them using them due to covid road traffic transport , it could be a long wait as l said last week, that is why l have stoped looking lol
lithium should be in the car park charging up his barrow.
If not for Dev, something must come in for Unmagen..I see no appeals with the courts as well..
@Cause: also check the photos of the ship.. It must have its own cranes..
@MLQ - Thank you. I will start looking at that too. Many don't have one :')
@md: lithium should be in the car park charging up his barrow.
Will need two!! but it's only a short walk to the port..
LUBIE ?
Lubie is booked elsewhere I think @MLQ.
Soyabeans
Cheers @Cause
The current position of LUBIE is at Caribbean Sea (coordinates 11.03023 N / 61.57495 W) reported 3 days ago by AIS. The vessel is en route to the port of Santana, sailing at a speed of 7.5 knots and expected to arrive there on Mar 19, 12:00.

NEW LIULINHAI
This one has cranes and not booked in for any of the other ports
If I'm reading correctly then cargo is not effected from the lock down:

In fact without passenger ships getting in the way it might even be improved?
@ob: Correct.. I see some transport boats are ignoring the ban but I'm sure that will be dealt with!
As said previously, all documentation can be carried out electronically and the ships have their own cranes,
so I guess crane operators. The only delay I can see is getting the Ore to the dock.. It still needs staffing,, Loaders, drivers,
H&S people to name a few.. Perhaps we will share with the Unmagen transport team!! after all it's only two ship loads..
Does anyone know if the courts are still working so the paperwork can be signed?
Afternoon mull..
mlq/ hats the tip of the day?
@Cause: Good spot BUT NEW LIULINHAI Looks like a local deliveries/collection service only ship.. Could be wrong !
@MLQ. Agreed. In terms of the paperwork I'd say it's likely we now have the permits for the port. In terms of the courts: they have given permission for DEV to ship up to $10m net of ore. In terms of the courts and our 20% - they are waiting on the finalised document to be presented to them - as you know, the ore can ship before we get our 20%.
If DEV are to meet the end of the month/beginning of next first shipment then I would have thought we'd hear something this week or next, unless of course we are so close to finalisation that DEV have agreed not to start movement of ore until that occurs.
Just mulling too ;-)
Ob.
@MLQ - Thank you.
As for courts, they are working. There were some updates on labour credits etc last night.
