This is the second time in just two weeks that the share price has jumped up 20%. Volums high as well. Eventually we will find that there is something happenning here. Anyone got any insights to this movemnent?
Loads of buys coming in this morning, heading north
where can we see this share going next week? hoping it gets to 20p, fingers crossed!
up 1p
not bad - and the open will be 21.25 i think - close at 21 .place you bets ladies and gentlemen.
Thanks for that.
The fact that profits of any kind have been garnered and the fact that they have bowed to the inevitable and not paid a dividend will have reassured some investors. I believe that when the economy recovers, JSG should be in a relatively strong position in the workwear and dry cleaning market. By then they will have swallowed up a lot of small rivals in the former and disposed of the weak shops in the latter. Given a continuation of this frugal policy, the share price should begin to climb later this year to around 65p, going on to about 115p in 12 months time.
i think the brokers will get busy post budget and this should start climbing again
How come trading has knowcked off since 1pm, two hours ago? Has the broker gone on a long lunch break or is it that big sales are being built up? forgive my lack of knowledge on how exchanges work.
Strange that price doesn't go up with buys like 124k and 135k. Someone's filling up ask side in my opinion. Could only mean one big one is getting out and another is getting in?
I would expect to see some large director purchases at the beginning of july, if that is the case then i believe we should be looking at 40`s buy September.
lots of buys going on - why does this not affect the price more dramatically - i am fairly new to this and cant understand why this is not fluctuating more over a short period - its as though it is being held by something - am i just being a bit nieve - any comments appreciated chaps.
would be good- not much movement now though
Thanks for that info. 18.50 should happen easy enough. What about 3 months time? Will JSG be above 30p?
I would like to think about 18.5
I thought it was the case that what was purchased the previous day was announced the following.
so armed with this info - what do we think this will finish at today ??
When directors purchase shares it is normaly announced the following morning.
Thank you as118150. The more recent purchases are very small, I've far more invested myself. If directors invested recently, ie in the last few days, when will that become public knowledge? Talbot's holding is significant. Yvonne Monaghan has been with this company for many years and her holding is not significant.

What makes you tink it's directors buying in? It's quite likely that you are correct, but where do you get this info?
Causing the drop? Holding onto these for a while anyway
...a short shows his hand.
pray do give us a little into what you are hearing.
just got in on a punt... hearing good things....
