My shares are still showing in my trading account - how long does it take for them to get cancelled?

There needs to be an investigation into the last two years of joules .
It stinks of a stitch up . All communications need to be looked into , it totally undermines the stock market and private investors in particular.

Thanks for posting this link.
Someone needs to investigate how one of the primary shareholders was able buy this out of Admin in what appears to have been some kind of backroom deal with Next.
Where did you see this?
I see Deloitte are being investigated for signing off the accounts, maybe look deeper into director conduct..
I wish

i hope Foch get there teeth into this as per news reports last week
Yes, pretty obvious that this was in the offing for sometime before the market got news of it.
Seems odd that no major investors (outside of those who clearly benefit - TJ) attempted to prevent it from happening or indeed, complained afterwards.
I do think it needs to be investigated, but the chances of minimal.
what a t****** tom is , he orchestrated this , 30pieces of silver tom was it worth it ?
Stinks

All wrapped up too quickly and conveniently for Next and Tom joule. I believe much of this was orchestrated.
yeh i see something similar on twitter about this , Foschini unhappy with interpath , but of course interpath would never do anything untoward , everything by the book with crook tom lol!

Many on here have said that they want to continue to discuss action.
In response I have set up a trial forum in case these threads are lost too.

I have created a forum where we can group. This will enable us to register interest and then a plan to move forward. I don't think we should use it for long as I'm not sure it's very secure. Happy to help with IT but not to run Class Act!

If this one goes before we get sorted , communicate on Next group chat as there in it as well .
Anybody on here any good at setting up a forum or website etc ?.
I am not tech savvy
Great thought. If we can’t communicate all will be lost
I noticed that the WRN (still 'suspended') BB got shut down pretty quickly once people started calling for investigations.
Might be worth forming a group whilst people are easily able to express an interest in joining...

Can anyone confirm if the administrators are related to the firm that were running the turnaround plan with Next and Tom Joules?
Bogdan, you would need proof that the directors issued misleading statements and/or ignored their fiduciary duties when calling the in administration whilst dealing with next imv.
I would be willing to join in a action group as losing a fair chunk.
Knowbody, ref class actions here is my experience to date; Flybe lots of energy expended but because collective losses were less than £2m no win no fee lawyers not inhterested , Angus energy - no win no fee lawyer engaged and is serving notices against previous directors and some current ones - this will likely suceed imv, DDDD shareholder action group formed on telegram and legal case being prepared in readiness for the Administrators to confirm no returns for investors. In each case 2 years before you will see anything back. Good luck all.
Any firms take this sort of 'class action' up on a no win, no fee basis?
No position here, but unfortunately looks like another situation where shareholders will get nothing.
I’ve seen quite a few administrations in my time but don’t think I’ve ever seen one where the founder somehow manages to maintain an equity stake after it’s acquired out of admin.
What an absolute crook, unbelievably unfair on other shareholders.
im guessing once again shareholders left with nothing whilst the board of directors make a killing and just waltz into another high paying directorship.
Also need to see the garden trading deal. This is still outstanding, whos buying that?
Lol
Grampyan, after admin costs shareholders will be left with nowt imv.
The last financials I read said the net assets were £40m after creditors. With a market value of £10m based on the SP. I think we should be looking for 25p per share out of this
Why should we wait for the SFO to do nothing. can’t we get a class action of shareholders against this fraud.

Does not deserve his OBE any more.
Because it’s the right thing to do .
Unfettered capitalism at its worst
TJ is a thief. No more, no less.
All ready made the 400 quid I lost here back - else where.
Thank god I never went in heavy as I had a mind to, on occasion.
Minuscule investment, huge lesson.
3rd time unlucky, as I pulled all monies out of MADE and REVB before they went the way they did.
And before anyone starts screaming, I know there is still a chance for REVB, but I wouldn't hold your breath if you're invested there.
Between next and TJ.
Why start with a debt when you don’t need to?
Well played to the greedy Next and TJ.
Condolences to the Pi folk… I hope you can make some money elsewhere to make up the losses here.

My sentiments exactly. I might only be a small shareholder but I will never be a customer of theirs ever again. I wouldn't have their stuff even if they give it away.
Here here, my mate lost £7000 on these, let’s hope we get some cash back.
Tom Joule said “I'm so pleased that we have been able to strike a deal that protects the future of the company for all its loyal customers”
Unfortunately Tom I am one of those loyal customers and a shareholder with £4,100 invested. It would seem I am now none of these, I will never buy for myself or anyone, anything from Joules or Next.
You don’t care about your customers or shareholders, you only care about yourself.

Exactly the same happened to Mccolls PIs when Morrisons ‘saved’ the company , totally wrong.
This deal was cooked up 2 months ago .
If the company is that sought after it could have survived with a cost cutting exercise.
And we thought Tom as on our side .

No there will be nothing for shareholders at all. When you account for the creditors that are owed, there will be nothing left.
Looking at the net assets back in May from the fundamentals tab, we are looing at +/- £44m which is in line with the offer from Next telegraph dot co dot uk/business/2022/12/01/joules-clothes-sold-next-last-minute-deal/
Wonder how much were the debts/ creditors, and whether £41m leaves something for shareholders ?
Don’t we still own the shares here? Surely a cash purchase, funds come to us?

'High standards' - hmmmm.........
Simply a disgusting RNS. Tom has done very well for himself, going from owning under 22% to 34%, while shafting all other investors. Definitely some underhanded deals have gone on here. Unfortunately PI's left with nothing.
Who didn't see that coming! https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/next-buys-collapsed-uk-retailer-joules-out-of-insolvency-1.1853532

Reflects the position at 14th October 2022, yet a TR1 was issued regarding Mr Teatum increasing his holding on 31st October 2022. Does the Key Shareholders List accurately reflect the position as at today's date (26th November)?
Last RNS detailing directors dealings issued on 1st March 2022, so one must assume that no director of the company has bought or sold any issues since 1st March 2022.

Part from interpath's faq for shareholders
'' Will there be any future value in my shares?
You should seek advice from an independent financial adviser. Although the
Administrators will seek to maximise realisable value for the Company’s assets, it is
considered very unlikely that the shares will have any value in future.''
The bidding is ongoing but they already know there wont be any value left for shareholders... Couldnt be more clear in my opinion, even if any residual value is available its not intended to be paid this way.
And honestly, the hipocrisy of the message makes me sick
Stinks that interpath have been advising for months and are now the administrator. Inside job. Hope tj has a battle on his hands and has to pay handsomely to get this back. Doncaster guy must be seething,
Retail investors have been shat on
*Tom Joule won the first round of bidding yesterday with Frasers and M&S also submitting bids.*
So, even TJ waited to buy it out of admin, rather than rescuing it so as to prevent such a fate.

Give it up and move on.
No money back for shareholders; same as Mccols, Made & POG
More likely you will get counter sued for slander if you tried to take this to court with no evidence and ramblings from anonymous people on an anonymous chat board!!
Not sure either of those things have happened.
Has there been insider trading Selling ?
Maybe . Director’s selling shares with no RNS ? Also first administrator resign from it ,,have to wonder why !
One what basis?
I agree - something seems a bit off here, but there is no evidence that anything untoward has taken place.
