Great find JT, sure gives some background into why SB is so bullish about producing sponge or near sponge quality ti. He also alludes to the same thing in the latest conversation.

I think the size of this deposit is just too huge for the market to evaluate. If you take just the Thomas deposit at 1.77b t it would take 30 years at 5mt per month to mine it. This isn’t feasible. So at a rate of say 300kt /mth or 3.6mt /year using the values in the MRE Table 4 would give a revenue of 180kt @ $2500 = $450m. Costs including transport at $155m. Profit excluding royalty and ptnrs 30% leaves $200 m. So valuation; 1% of value in the ground $2.2b. 4x turnover =4 x 450m = $1.8b OR 6 x profit = $1.2b and this one could double if a similar mine and plant was set up at Cosgrove. So somewhere between $1.2 to $2.4 is my estimate of market cap valuation but when are we going to see it?

Not dampening the mood and it won’t change my investment here but it’s unfortunate that there is no measured category. I expect there were a lot of tough discussions in Perth about that. We shall have to see what the large investors think about it.

There have been 200000+ shares bought today then about 10000 sells bring the price down. I refuse to believe that we are being honestly dealt with here.

I can understand that some large holders may want to realise a profit and maybe even buy back in when the sp has dropped due to their actions but the levels of sale just does not warrant the massive drop in the sp. I believe in this company and indeed topped up yesterday but it is worrying why we are so vulnerable to attack from large s/h indeed appearing to be supported by MMs treating EEE as a cash cow. Maybe it’s rife in AIM shares

I saw the pilot plant as having a delaying effect to the whole development of the project although thought to be necessary. This will definitely speed up development, however the pilot plant could have served two other purposes, the first to create a stream of revenue and later to be deployed to cosgrove et al to firm up their possibilities. EEE will now have to find funding for a major plant before any revenue.

Doc 83, you are nuts. At 4% recovery of Tio2 that’s 25t per t of ti. At about $10 max ore x even say 2 for processing that’s $500 per t. Whilst the sale price even at pigment prices is $1500. Now say that the % of revenue is 20%

Sorry to but in Doc83 but given the grade of the ore and recovery I’m thinking 50% profit margins

Crusty, the critical path being the longest construction duration, which I assume is the CPF as far as the area around the wells is concerned. Anyhow if this is really the site for the CPF why haven’t the board issued a statement to state that work has started on the ground.?

If that’s the case does this not qualify as boots on the ground as the critical path for the gas must be the CPF not the rig.?

Is tat the area south west of Nguruwe that SC identified earlier do you think? If it is it would indicate that further wells will be to the south of CH1
