Does anyone have the list of the top 5 shareholders and shareholding in the company?
Thank you.
Jennings buying again
I don't understand the approach by the company here. If they've got a resource of over 56 million tonnes, why don't they just mine the iron ore, it's is worth over $7,000,000,000 at todays prices?
It is a decent bit of PR - they need more it. Ideally in something more mainstream but in time.
Bought another 2m this morning. Showing up as a sell here..
worth a read, the article is written by by ironveld ceo, martin eales and tariro chitapa, business development manager
some key points i took..
'ironveld feels strongly about its strategy to produce and secure a supply chain of hpi, as the global market shows a lot of promise' -
'ironveld acquired its rustenburg smelter in late
2022 and, following extensive refurbishment, is now producing high purity iron, vanadium **** and titanium **** from its magnetite ore, which is mined from its mining operations in south africa’s bushveld complex'
the current share price certainly does not reflect this... however the market of course needs facts & figures before any re-rate happens

Rather than a quick fire sale as Align have suggested
'Our objective is to drive the further development of the Company in the short term' – Get all 3 smelters up & running
'and demonstrate the inherent value of our assets' – to secure funding at a premium for the HPI conversion
Steven, please update your Google Translate app for all our sakes.
I'd hazard a guess will try sell project next year, .5 plus why waddle brought in.
Hope so because it's been a frustrating hold. GLA
single celled mammel speaks again with his +11,000 wasted posts.
at the end of the day we have a huge asset here with money for waste **** to boot. we are at the lows imo and plenty of upside.

Are investment company run by Giles Clark and his cronies, premium, all them warrants pope will sell there allocation of stock, lol smoke and mirrors, avoid,
That’s a good chunk of money to invest by someone who knows what’s going on. Fingers crossed the next RNS does give us some definitive production and sales revenue news.
Just waiting to see if the production will be profitable, interested in the first sake in November.
Yes, strangely quiet considering a good RNS.
Does no-one follow this share anymore ?!
Great to hear the company is still alive !
A good RNS
Understood, thanks for explaining
Seems to be a large seller but no share price move which is a bit odd. Does anyone know why this is?
I would agree with that and I think this is a certainty especially as the BOD won't want much dilution as they have invested considerable sums.
I think the board owe us a good funding deal after the last fiasco… this share has a lot of ground to make up
Up 150% in the space of a month! If Ironveld can deliver some positive news in the next few weeks then they can certainly do the same. They however need to secure capital either through securing a strategic investor or by their smelting operation becoming cash flow positive. A positive update about either will no doubt deliver a huge increase in the share price!
.... is doing rather well at the moment. When will it be our turn ?
I guess it all boils down to where your average is… I’ve been in over 10 years, managed to averaged down to 1.20… still massively underwater but I have time on my side and in no major rush. I’d hope to see us over the 1p mark in the next 12 months if all goes to plan. I Just hope any low ball takeout off will be over this mark. I appreciate Other investors may not have time on their side like I do. 12 - 24 months is the wait for me
Of all the trash posted on the LSE forums, me saying I've written off my investment is one of the most stupid? I'm fortunate enough to be able to leave this money in IRON. I've come to the acceptance that there is very little chance I'll see any profit but I'm happy to leave it in here on the off chance that this does come good.
