Up 150% in the space of a month! If Ironveld can deliver some positive news in the next few weeks then they can certainly do the same. They however need to secure capital either through securing a strategic investor or by their smelting operation becoming cash flow positive. A positive update about either will no doubt deliver a huge increase in the share price!
Hey all - been really impressed with Ironveld over the last few months, real progress seems to be made. Director buying signals confidence in their approach. This could move fast when / if sales figures are released, as a large portion of the shares are in 'sticky' hands. Looking forward to an update soon - imagine they will be trying to move the share price to above 0.5p to trigger the warrants from the 0.3p placing.
Engage xr is incredibly undervalued. Yesterday it was trading at a 21% discount to the placing that was backed by HTC and Octopus. They are very shrewd companies that wouldn't have invested if they though EXR didn't have a future. I estimate that EXR currently has around £10m in cash meaning their business is only valued at circa £7m which is incredibly cheap for a company in the tech sector that has strong growth a very attractive profit margin of 80%+. I believe EXR should be multiples of this share price and I think the imminent release of their full year report will help begin the re-rate.
I'm wondering if the new shareholder will look to buy KZG once they gain their 29.5%. They will only have to purchase a further 0.5% in the open market to trigger a mandatory takeover bid. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
A rare good day for Good Energy. Nice to see the bid moving up, especially off such low volume. It would be nice to see a steady rise leading into the full year results on the 28th March. Anticipating revenues in the £180m - £200m range with a healthy gross profit of £10 + million. Time will tell but I'm hopeful for good results and a nice update on trading so far this year.
I didn't realise the extent of their history - no wonder it was deemed a hostile takeover attempt in 2021. Ecotricity seem set on acquiring Good Energy, and I have to admit if they provide an offer near to their previous 400p offer, then I will certainly be voting in favour of the takeover.
