Predicting 1.5p sale in 18 months time.. I'll be very happy if this turns out to be the outcome
'Lol I not hold, so no worry on my part'
What the fvck have you been whining about for years then...Jesus wept your full of it.
Lol I not hold, so no worry on my part, Amerisur as we no was sold off cheap, one of Giles CLARK'S cronies, Wardle and his lot only have there self interest, GL as they say further financing needed short term.
@steven49
Steven ,Steven, Steven….
Calm down dear chap, please. I worry about your blood pressure.
As others have pointed out, on ME watch, the share price has plummeted and too many false starts.
We now have Wardle driving things forward. He has invested considerably (rather than taking a near £200k salary), and has delivered a financing term sheet which bodes well. I did ok out of Amerisur, and look forward to seeing some good progress here over the next 6-months.
Feel Wardle setting it up 4 sale in time, will be masivily diluted by then,
I do hope you are right. i feel Mr Wardle owes me some good news to cover previous loses.. ;-)
I think overall though this is a step in the right direction - the market it likes it for a start! Yes Martin did set out a vision which was exciting but frankly he achieved nothing. You only need to look at the share price. Complete annihilation on his watch - good riddance. Yes we knew of the funding but its not official through term sheet - I just hope this doesn't drag. SA isn't exactly an easy place to do deals.
I am more than frustrated by this company having held here for many years. I thought Martin Eales was making progress until it all came to a halt mid last year when they turned off the smelters...... what worries me most is John Wardle. i was severely burnt by what he did at Amerisur... sold down the river on that one... and it worries me with is significant holding here . only good point is he bout a lot of shares at 0.31p so almost double where we are now. frankly i would take that at the moment!! I just feel that this has stumbled along for far too long and just when it got going faltered again. Surely they could have started generating some income to help keep the lights on?
Worries me that even Wardle sees this as a "Challenging" future...
Non-binding term sheet of which we know anyway, bit concerning Eales gone with immediate affect, asume that was his selling yesterday, Jennings taken some, require further funding, placing mayb another loan, never ending story,
So Martin Eales has gone - is this good or bad ? And I see Jennings is still adding.
Deciphering Steven’s posts keeps my mind active. Like Sudoko and the Times crossword. Staves off dementia.
It's not your phone or your glasses, you do it all the time ! And yes, it does matter.
Lol on me phone, plus not have me glasses, does it really matter, GL, not I've price back up to what it was, shuffling stock about.
For heaven's sake Steven, can't you learn how to spell 'to' ? It's not 'too', that's used when you mean 'in addition' - like 'please include me too'. It's not difficult ffs.
Institutional funding transaction, which is currently expected to close in H1 2024, have too wait, was in previous RNS, high risk, few large sells dragged it down,
In the light of the SP freefall and unexplained trades, it would be resonable for the company to issue some sort of statement to explain what the eff is going on. Not inspiring much confidence in PIs, that's for sure.
Even more so today. -7%. Where’s the news?
Often find company's that tweet lots are poor company's share price wise, any meaning full news is released by RNS

All well and good, but can we have a meaningful update please??
It would be good to hear if the new generator contract is signed, installed, up and running. We are we up to with third party hydrogen project. Likewise is the plant still mothballed whilst awaiting ‘institutional investment/borrowing or are we smelting and granulating any HPI at present. An update would be appreciated as nothing else seems to be happening here, very illiquid stock!
Find difficult believe that this will all come too nothing, so much invested from higher prices, big IF there saying, been here many times, bit like carry on film, high risk but IF pull it off big rewards, tooo risky 4 me, will watch 4 now.
