Morning all,
An excellent update today and we are back to setting out the milestones which was exactly the method utilized for FEED.
Now lets get them ticked off one by one during the next three months and we will be back on track. Plenty to come here and the sp should react very well. Where was it early 2019???
Come on JW show the doubters they were barking up the wrong tree all along, the mm's have had their fun, now the serious work begins and lets face it, this project is sorely needed and fast.
Mr T
Hi All - Todays update seems to me to knock the Sunday Times article on the head.Onwards & upwards.

Setting out the stall today

For some reason the article does not appear in the N.I.edition of the S.T ?There is however one about the U.K. about to have the hardest winter for years ! Could be two lots of scary stuff .Anyhow folks just stay calm for as ?? says we are on the cusp of exciting times and news flow between now and year end.Be armed for a possible drop tomorrow and ready to pounce!!
The Sunday Times isn’t a bad place to get exposure, this follows being highlighted in Bloomberg in July of this year.
Lazarus.....you are a bit forgetful aren't you?.......you forgot to include these sentences out of the same article.
'Storing gas in salt caverns is a tried-and-tested method — the mineral creates strong walls' ........
....'Its (Infrastrata's) prospects got a boost in June when Vitol, the oil and gas trading giant chaired by Ian Taylor, signed a deal to buy the entire capacity for 12 years, subject to conditions.'......'Terms have not been disclosed but the deal could bring in up to £65m a year on a “conservative” projection — leaving about £50m in cash after costs.'
'InfraStrata’s hard-working management has ambitions to develop infrastructure projects around the world, and there are promising signs. Vitol has said it is keen to partner on more projects, and is reported to have driven InfraStrata’s recent plan to look at developing a liquefied natural gas import terminal off Cumbria.'
...'...... with expert project manager John Wood in place as chief executive and crunch time looming on investment for the Islandmagee project, could it be time to buy?''
Too right it is....very very strong buy.......bring it on !!!
GLA !!!!!
I listened to the interview again 54titles and the more i hear it the more I see some very imminent good news on the horizon.
We're in Chairman appointment time which will jump start all sorts of good news in relation to debt ,equity,Fid etc, etc. And the EU grant can't be far off. Then look at the current SP at £7M market cap. In the interview JW suggested a future MC of over £100M! What am I going to do with all that profit from my very substantial holding ! Eh, Dawski ?!

News rich period approaches lots going on into the year end. £15 million project costs to be returned to infa once deal is announced. Vitol on board !
Hi Mike.
What do you think is top of the local wish list regarding where any funding might be spent?
Hi Snowman ..just passed by Island Magee recently on my travels .Lovely folk over there but by heck the North part of the island doesn’t half need sprucing up with urgent investment needed. Maybe we shareholders can help kickstart some funding via the Company to show further intent over and above all the good initial work now being done by The BOD? Just a thought .OK the Company has promised this but only really for when we have the funds rolling in ..a while yet !
Yes...should be some good news this month that will kick start the SP.......there will be no stopping the swift upward climb once it starts.
Starting to turn imo as news flow approaches.
New chairman update due!
Will someone from vitol come on bod?
EU grant money 1.6 million due that will fund the company half 1 2020.
Debt/equity provider that will unlock the £15 million recoverable money that’s been spent.
FRSU update will be vitol imo that come in with infa.
Marine license update due survey has been going ahead off schedule.
Will the directors take more shares ?
FID by year end??
this is shaping up very nicely for a big move.
All for £6 million market cap
Not forgetting the 43000000 million shares JW has in the game here. As ever dyor and gl
222 The well know P&Der about to get going on this one, those buys were him scatter gunning the ask.Quick pump and he will be selling out again before you can say Haddock & Chips for a quick 10% leaving the mugpunters left holding the wood fork sans chips.Tally ho
Yep, the activities of JW have been largely behind closed doors
Time to the hear about the fruits of that labour
Back to hitting milestones please
Some buying volume next week it’s lift off imo.
We are now in the last days of the six months posited by JW for the appointment of the new Chairman.
Bearing in mind that no party has an absolutely binding commitment to combine with INFA it would appear logical that the Chairman appointment will be approved by the offtaker or the debt or equity provider. Thus I see that appointment as the beginning of all the activity leading up to FID for the Islandmagee project.
I imagine JW will wish to maintain his timeline in this important matter. He only has a few days to comply!!
Bottoms in imo, confluence coming up next week should see a nice bounce all imo. Has a lot of news flow due will have a decent run up too year end. Imo dyor
.....and Bloomberg also confirmed that " the UK Gas market continues to send out economic signals for extra gas storage capacity."
To all those doubters snd antagonists we need to ask if the raison d'etre for the project still exists since the Planning approval era of 2012.The answer is a thumping "yes" !!
The Island of Ireland remains highly vulnerable to any interruption of supply ...N.I. Has NO gas storage ...potentially this project can supply more than 25% of the UK's reserve capacity.100% of that for N.I.
At Planning stage in 2012 the then Environment Minister said " Absolute security of supply of energy will be a significant step forward in the way we manage N.I.'s energy sector."
He went on to say " I am satisfied that the proposal can obtain all relevant consents and proceed in a way that creates jobs and develops the economy whilst fully protecting the environment ." THe BOD is keen that the project at all times complies with any conditions and restrictions imposed by DAERA and others.
Also back in 2012 a certain Energy Minister was quoted "This is a strategically important project that will enhance security of our energy supply .....that,folks, is our continuing raison d'etre ...nothing has changed ...stay positive !!
Share price 0.41 tempted to add again, great value, and support right below price again.
got to love the protestors they are on twitter, here etc. I did not expect to get another opportunity to add before the news, so freeing up some funds but once again thank you.
InfraStrata has also identified three potential sites in Cheshire, England, with capacity of 500 million to 600 million cubic meters and plans to make a decision on a project by the end of September, Wood said. And interest has spread beyond Vitol.
“Four quality offtake partners” have expressed interest, he said, without providing details. “Big trading organizations are no longer interested in holding minor assets like storage” and would rather hire the capacity, he said. (from Bloomberg in June)
Fracking good news then !!? K.R. Mike
O Dear that bad word which insurance pension funds hate. Fracking..
Will the locals all over get insurance security for there precious homes and for clean water.
Will their home's withstand cracks ? Will the animals be poisoned by fracking leaking up from earthquakes?
Cuadrilla have had to suspend operations again!
https://cuadrillaresources.com/media-resources/press-releases/an-update-on-activity-this-week-at-cuadrilla/
Without the expected supply from shale gas the UK would need to import 70% of supply.
Could definitely be a positive for infa from a security of supply perspective but also the increased price volatility improves trading economics.
Be interesting to see how infa will benefit when the GSA is announced
