As a small cap investor, the one thing I dislike even more than a placing is consolidation. I am in but should have trusted my gut and waited for the dust to settle .

Market cap the same etc etc, but they always drop considerably after a consolidation…..past sins can’t be wished away that easily!!

This Bob McDonald character seems to be a perfect fit for seed, he seems to be as useless as the rest of them who went before him.

Do seed solely not invest in robotics or do we also not invest in the wider market.

Not sure, think we did 500m total over Thursday and Friday. 1.3b shares to do.

If we can keep todays volume up, maybe we can have the new shares through in 20 days ie one month.

BoD might decide to wait till the shares settle a bit rather than put news out only for placing shares to sell into.

No impact, Venezuelan infrastructure has had no tlc and would take a few years to get production levels up….if any of the majors are prepared to invest, once bitten, twice shy.
