Not even a tweet from the leader, but the report has to be released this week and/or an explanation.
Hi All,
Would be good to see some sort of news to give us a bit of a boost, just drifting at the moment.
Still lots to be positive for, hopefully we'll move forward from the placing and the expected selling from that to build back towards the 50p mark.
Am hoping that with the Covid vaccine appearing to be going well, that Boris will soon have his full attention on building our way back out of these torrid times, and fulfilling his fanfare around British Shipbuilding.
Cheers,
TheEast
looks like a few are doing the same :-)
Just got myself a few more 2,129 @ 44.29

Think this is worth a listen to get a feel for the scale of EU ambition for hydrogen

In the 8th January RNS it states inter alia 'Therefore, a separate meeting of shareholders is intended to be convened for 12 February 2021, at which meeting, the Company will lay its reports and accounts before the shareholders and appoint auditors as well as authorise the Board to determine the auditor's remuneration. It is anticipated that the Company's annual report and accounts will be published and sent to shareholders along with the relevant circular in January 2021 giving required notice of at least 21 clear days prior to the date of the meeting. '
I am not sure if the company reads these posts but if the intentions in the passage quoted have changed then I think an updated RNS is called for. I assume the general meeting will no longer be on 12 February. The AGM is on Sunday.
Spot on Jabido. What is the point of the Board not actually publishing the date and time? In my view it adds no value to be so opaque.
Well this is somewhat disappointing. Mind you, any speculation or guessing of when it will be released could have been put to bed if the bod had actually provided us with a date themselves
If the annual report is not published within the next few minutes the share price might take a hit.
Very true, I wander if they are struggling to get the auditor to retract any statements regarding cashflow...
Tango1 I think you should have qualified your 18.41 post of yesterday just in case there was an issue. I have the Regulatory News page of the INFA website open and am checking back on it.
is my confidence miss guided ???
I wander how-many are hovering over the RNS button LOL
I thought it wouldn’t come Friday and I also thought I wasn’t really interested since the financial statements are only backward looking. We have had enough forward looking statements that haven’t ended with anything concrete nor, more importantly, translated into upwards SP moves. That probably contributed to my ambivalence. Here is to hoping that the Report tomorrow will lead to a move in the SP that is deserved.
Rest Assured 7am.
If we do not see the Annual Report tomorrow then alarm bells will start too ring as it would be later than promised.
The passing of the big new GAS PowerStation has given me immense confidence, Biden's Green agenda also boosts my confidence in getting the ML, Warren Buffet was bang on the money!
Interestingly the final day of the consultation coincided with the inauguration of Biden in the USA.
It's easy to miss information so no big deal.Timing of the final consultation I think is pivotal and I didn't see any point in extending it for 7 days to the 20th.If any information on the ML was not in by the 13th after a long lengthy process then it couldn't have been that important. It's my belief that the ML was a vehicle to kick the can down the road until conditions are in place to start the salt caverns. It's a fair assumption that related events are directing timing. The passing of theb20th suggests to me that we are close to everything being in place.
whatamess, no not a teacher just amazed that some people will invest money without doing basic research or keeping up to date with the company they are investing in.
No disrespect meant just annoyance of the ignorance.
Whatamess, I thought you had been in this stock a while? Better start researching or stocks will make you bankrupt.
YES JW has spoken of the potential of the caverns storing Hydrogen.....
Lots of possibilities for Hydrogen.
Just need a ML lol
