....for one wobbly moment there, I thought I was losing my super-power gift of extra-sensory perception mingled with a dash of quality bullshit......I think I'll cut my losses and go out on a high.....I hereby solemnly swear never to engage in any further predictions.
I will now sleep the sleep of champions.....good weekend all !
Next week should see a continued rise (whoops, I'm at it again already !) as word gets around and the relevant peeps empty their piggy banks and instruct their brokers to initiate some nice chunky buys.
Hope to meet some of you on 5th December.
Blue is blue Spud, I’m having it, well it’s down in my notebook as blue anyways, hope you give the wildlife a rest this weekend, I hear there’s a good rugby match on ;) Come on the whites
The uncrossing trade (UT) has distorted the close.
We will open on Monday down so don't panic!!!!!
Lol have a great weekend everyone
You win snowy, I will never doubt you again ;)
Purchased at 15:00 & not shown up on buys page :/
and we finished blue guess you were correct
there is still the delayed trades that might cheer us up..
It would seem I have failed miserably!
Not going to be me that misses out. Topped up a bit more yesterday morning and a few more today. Feeling good about the long term prospects.
if someones looking to buy
then these 19 minutes could be the difference between poor and rich :P
Plenty of time yet Humps.....19 minutes to go!.....lol
I'm not so sure Humps......I know there is less than an hour left......but I think we are going to get a late blue finish today.
If i'm honest don't think we're going to see much for the rest of the day.
People will research over the weekend and we might see some movement monday i think :)
'Infrastrata
Infrastrata announced late yesterday…that it has received a LOI from a ‘major (blue chip) gas trading company regarding potential utilisation of its off-take at the Islandmagee storage facility. Things are really moving apace at INFA with much going on in recent months. This news is very positive as the FID case has to be enhanced by having a trader on board, still much to do but looking very positive.'
Lots of heavy investors will be reading this!
Infrastrata on Malcys Blog!
Hold on to your hats!!
Thanks O & W.
But I don't mean phenomenal turnover in relative amounts of gas.
I mean phenomenal turnover in terms of cash.......£8.36 million a day for what is at the moment a £6 Million market Cap Company !!!! That is absurdly surreal !!!!!
GLA......we are surely going to to fly!
Your arithmetic is right Snowman. But it's not that big, set against daily average UK energy consumption of circa 1TkW (=1,000GwH).

‘Spud said (Advn 15 Aug 2018) ‘The beauty with Medium Range Storage (MRS) is the rate of withdrawal and injection. Islandmagee will be able to withdraw over 20 million cubic metres of gas per day’.
Assuming Spud is correct, can someone please check the following calculations.
Given:
Approx. 2.64 cubic metres of gas 1 therm
Given:
1 therm = approximately 29.3 KWH.
Therefore:
20M metres of gas per day = 7.5M therms = Approx 220M KWH
Current gas prices
https://www.ukpower.co.uk/home_energy/tariffs-per-unit-kwh
Both gas and electricity consumption is measured in kWh. The unit rate you pay will vary depending upon the energy price plan you’re on, and even the region you live in, but the average cost of electricity per kWh is 14.37p, and the average gas cost per kWh is 3.80p
So assuming:
1KW natural gas = 3.80p
220M KWH x 3.80pence = 836M pence = £8.36 Million per day.
This is a PHENOMINAL turnover !!!
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CHECK THESE FIGURES !
At least we know now why JW is in a closed period. Still is, presumably, until the LOI goes definitively agreed and signed.
i dont think its specific to infa, the markets are generally bad atm
most companies with similar potential to infa have seen the sp drop
if you look at the aim index youll see how the whole market is performing
i can also add compared to last year twitter is awfully quiet..
there is not a lot of punters left for whatever reason
Of all the good points about INFA and the progress the project is making, but no analysis of why the SP is languishing ,relatively speaking.
i am just going through davids blog, which is a great write up clearly demonstrating how undervalued we are here
http://tradeinsight.co.uk/infrastrata-its-finally-happening/
another positive note here aside from the interest showed by a major blue chip company
are the options held, a third of which will be exercisable at 1p after completion of feed
possible short term target here, as i see no one selling at these measly prices
thanks i really see this doing well here running up into FEED, which is a major milestone and just weeks away and the most likely positive response to the eu 40mil grant considering its the only gas storage project in north-west to have obtained a status of eu project of common interest clearly demonstrating the importance of the project to the entire continent
Thechukkers
"less than 10mil market cap is truly ridiculous here"
Not only that but a lot lot less than £10M!! I wouldn't blink if the current m/cap were £50M! that's still cheap imo.
