Tango, yes only about a week i think aswell
With the pressure mounting on DAERA from the media, Infa's legal team and most probably ministers I would presume there should be some movement shortly, If they have got their legal team to respond regarding the NIEA permits then I can't see any other reason for delay so it is either ML or 40 day disclosure to the public. I did find it rather encouraging that the only thing that was stalling was the applicability of the extraction and dispersal permits, and that should not take more than a week to get a decision. AIMHO
Following the last presentation I asked during the evening when it was likely we would receive the Annual Report & Accounts & the reply from 'INFA' was expect January but maybe sometime in December.
Signed Annual Report & Accounts are a necessary document to accompany any bids & the most recent the better. When I was Financial Accountant at an 'Offshore Oil Company' (FWPD) a good while back the 'glossy's' always accompanied bids to the like of Shell, BP, Statoil & Total. In my opinion based of what was said about future contracts I am expecting bids to be going in in December & they will need up to date signed accounts to go with them.Just a thought. NB: I am also now showing 'Strong Buy'.
Capdevila11 In relation to your 18.20 post my strong buy is not based on that tweet but on reading the last Annual Report and Accounts, the Interim Results, three Research Notes from Cenkos, noting the level of work going through H&W Belfast and the presentation this week. Taking all information into account I take the view which you are at liberty yo disagree with that this is a strong buy. I am of the view that the retained deficit will be cleared by the Interim Results due April 21 or at the latest by the end of the current year in July 21.

Very pleased to see Infrastrata are raising the bar in all areas with very good prime media coverage, Time for the political arena to start putting there money where their mouth is and getting these projects going, The UK is depending on it and need it. No more dithering!
Speedy ,thanks to link ,indeed what they waiting for !!,two yards ready to get going !!
Yes true Tango
If it does not shake them up, the ECT route will.
Speedy great find for us too read many thanks ,maybe that will shake them up a bit
I think there may be internal interest in DAERA hence the delays. Rest assured INFRA has the legal high ground.
wow .. thanks Speedy .. this definitely turns up the heat .. but for goodness sake, 7 months after consultation ended, regardless of the pandemic is just taking the ****
At last the company is on the front foot. Now threaten legal proceedings.
Well it should focus minds, and the economic benefit will be applicable. Be interesting if DAERA does respond. Wasting tax payers money nobody will be happy with that.
Indeed a great piece, Speedy_Gonzalez.
It is good finally to see something made public about DAERA's (in)decision.
Great piece Speedy_Gonzalez & JW does not hold any punches but what is clear is that as I feared there is now an impasse with DAERA something has to give.As predicted I do not see this being resolved this year.

Tango1 In relation to your 05.07 post I suspect that thesahre price is unlikely to move until the annual report and accounts are published. Even then it is only likely to move if the revenues are better than expected.
It is highly likely that net zero will be reached from a combination of several technologies; this applies to both generation, demand side management and energy /CO2 storage.
Given the operating life of the caverns once created, along with the ability to leach much larger numbers of caverns over time, storage to my mind will encompass methane, hydrogen, methane/ hydrogen blend and carbon dioxide. Possibly compressed air as well?
Tight lines all
The longer the ML is delayed the more cautious we need to be. Next month sees the start of the first Tesla battery storage facility in the UK. Although only a fraction of what is needed to protect the UK from periods of low renewable energy production, it may be looked upon as a substitute to gas storage.
spudtheplumber In relation to your 19.42 post judging by this page from their website https://www.keynvormorlift.co.uk/services. If this job goes well INFA may be able to get more work from them and not just ship repair work.
Tango,yes thats trutrue
That's 2 revenue streams, the market has to wake up soon!
Excellent news !!!
