As I predicted yesterday, these price dropped like a hot potato, the £1.85+ was a false dawn, can see these going back to £1.50
Going back to £1.50??? you should short buddy, put your money where the mouth is!!!!! I doubt you will do that , trust me!!!
@sundezena No thanks buddy, made my few grand profit and got out at £1.86, as the drop was always going to come
I will remind you in 6 months time if we ever get to £1.50.. I think your prediction will not come. Maybe £2.50 , yes...£1.50 ?? NOOOOOO.
@sundezena maybe not quite £1.50 but definitely you wont be looking at £2.50 in 6 months time..
@sundezena I mean what company can report a good upturn in revenue and profits with a prospect of even more progress, and then have its SP drop that much :)
Jlb, never say never to the upside, if a company is doing well, shares will go up. Look at RR. IAG is going to deliver about 3.7Billion euros profit this year. Share buyback could be on the cards soon. Plus dividends. Plus re-rate coming. We shall see around Dec time where we will be..I say £2.20-2.50. GLA. DYOR.
@sundezena How long has that RR been coming? Yes you can look at other companies but they aren't as "unique" as IAG.
Not sure you will see dividends soon either,
Divs will be this financial year...just remember that. Profits in the range of 3.7-8 billion euros..GL.
Nope it won’t be this year . Got to pay the debt first .
Ok..we will see. GLA.
Think divi will be this year as debt levels near on pre-Covid when they did pay a dividend and now investment grade should be announced at half year results on 2nd August
I think the market is very anti IAG, for reasons I cannot fathom. Easyjet lost over £350 million in the last quarter and won't make profits any where near IAG and yet the SP has performed remarkably well considering. Trading at £3.78 in Nov 22, when I had a little try. Sold out very quickly as it wasn't doing as I had hoped and as soon as I sold, went up 30% and even after reporting those losses it hasn't really impact the SP
I don’t care dividend .I want share price to double by end of the year. Why would I wait for 3-5p dividends when I can have lot more when share goes up ??
It is my view that the IAG SP will reach 200p at some point this year with or without a dividend reinstatement. IMO the dip here today has more to do with the EasyJet results/CEO news. A knock on effect & an opportunity to add pending the eventual rise to 200. BUY.
We all thought after last weeks results it was going to motor on , but hey ho, the roller coaster starts again
Betterlife spot on. F**k dividends
Divi reinstament would be good..as funds would buy into this and share price would increase. I bought a tonne more just now at £1.778 after selling ezj at 5.11.. cheers guys!
We are not heading back to £1.50 are we???
If you see the 'Future' can you let me know too please - i have quite a bit invested here myself :)
Nope betterlife..but i bought some at just under £1.78 after taking profit from EZJ.We should be above £1.85 next week. IMO.DYOR.
We were above £1.85 this week!!!
I've never known anybody before that gets it absolutely spot on every single time till i came to this board!!!!!
well clearly another painfully year for iag . what a lot of **** again . if this what shell or bp reporting this figures i bet it would have double the price . but iag ,carnival seriously nonsense.
Sund
