By 10% I meant a rise of 10% from 10% to 11%. 8th March RNS from CANACCORD GENUITY GROUP INC. For some reason shown as director /PDMR.
Gotrader where did you see ten percent holdings notice for this month ..???
https://www.fool.co.uk/investing/2018/03/06/2-small-cap-dividend-plus-growth-stocks-id-buy-today/ HNT is still good value in their view!
You got your 90p! From 37p to 94p. The directors bonus shares are also yielding them huge profits. Looks like funds are buying here heavily.
This is a very encouraging write up from Investors Chronicle! It looks like this share has a very bight future!
Looks like a major shareholder has added to their holdings here by 10% or so. Things seem to be going well here. I can see further acquisitions too here. See what happens.
Sorry about typing error.......yes, if the markets remain buoyant this share will be a quid sooner rather than later!
As you say Gotrader, healthcare seems to be the flavour of the month. Lots of growth and merger activity in the healthcare sector in the USA, which will be good for Huntsworth going forward. It looks like we are on a roll! I'm just hoping that the markets can remain buoyant for the rest of the year and into 2019....maybe that is asking too much.....fingers crossed! I think 2019 may be a year for oil stocks to pick up.....so I may stock up on some of these.
First glance seems encouraging. Hard to compare to last year with 30m goodwill. Overall heading in right direction and healthcare looking strong here. Find out in next few days where this heads. In mean time most directors have been rewarded with hundred thousands of shares.
Congratulations to Paul Taaffe for the way he has turned everything around and for Derek Mapp's guidance. Mercifully, there were no nasty surprises and much as what was expected. Hopefully, the brokers will re-rate this share upwards and the share price will rise! Not unreasonable to expect another 10% rise in overall profits in 2018.....so a rise in the share price to 90p should be achievable. What say you Gotrader? Maybe even Diehard will have something positive to say.......as I count all of my massive profits.
continued improvement, tick debt reduced, a tick of sorts total up but down as ratio trends up, tick dividends up, a tick and a half. So fairly impressed on first glance but what was the market expecting.
trading update hopefully will show a continued improvement. Would like to see debt continue to fall, trends still moving up and although a divi increase would be welcome I suspect the acquisitions will be a higher priority for spare cash
My apologies Gotrader..I was looking at the wrong year.......next news looks to be around 15th March......hopefully the share price will start to climb around that time. Also talk of a WPP takeover might stir the media shares up a bit.
Actually, though they went to 84p to buy, one could not have sold at the at price.....with the spread, I do not think one could have sold shares at any price higher than 81p. The share seems to have been kept artificially high with very little buying and selling activity. I notice that if one sells the shares........it will cost a lot more to buy them back again.....so I'm not sure what all that is about. The reason I thought that there may be a report on the 2017 results was that there seemed to be an announcement in February last year.
Share does seem to be drifting here. Strength of the pound will have an impact here as 50-60% of their revenue is in Dollars. 85p-76p. Not so sure about TU. You had one in December to cover till end of Nov 2017. Would they really do one to cover till end of January 2 months later? Seems unlikely. I may yet be proven wrong. No reason to doubt they are not doing well.
Thanks Gotrader for the latest snippet of news! The problem with this share is there seems to be very little news flow. But we should be getting a trading statement in the next week or so! We need to....as the price seems to be weakening a bit. I should imagine that we will have news of improved profits form Huntsworth Health and Grayling. If Red can hold it's own that will be good. As for Drew Rogerson....we shall have to see.....can't they sell it off? Unfortunately, the weakening of the dollar will have an impact on profits, but in an ideal world, it would be rather nice to have an increase in the dividend. One good thing is that the company seems to be bringing down its borrowing....which is an extremely positive thing in the light of future positive borrowing costs.
http://www.gorkana.com/2018/02/grayling-wins-major-global-and-uk-health-accounts/ Grayling wins major global and UK health accounts Grayling has won competitive briefs to address some of the worlds biggest health issues for The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and The Health Foundation. More on the link.
Not really been following this much lately. Not really seen much Huntsworth news. I don't follow their Twitter. The SP has not moved much lately. I do search the Holmes site for new. Overall a good PR firm holds news close to it's chest. Release news when it is convenient to do so. My gut is Huntsworth is slowly moving to a mainly US base here. Sure they have offices across the world but 60% of revenue in dollars. The pound has gained against the dollar lately so this may have a small impact on results. GLA could be a very good 2018 here if the new US businesses do well. Some Grayling news. There was a hire news too but I did not post this. 16/01/2018 'Chemistry meetings the global brief are understood to be underway, with the size and scope of the work likely to mean that only international agencies and networks are in the picture. The assignment is also understood to have added the Americas to the existing remit of Europe and Asia-Pacific (handled by Grayling), the Middle East and Central Asia (Action Global), and Africa (Meropa). UK duties remain handled in-house.'
"We seem to be the only ones on this site now. " Well I'm still lurking in the background and popped in to see why the SP rose a tad yesterday as I have not been paying as much attention to my shares over the last couple of months. Need to catch up on some but this has been taking care of itself
We seem to be the only ones on this site now. There has not been much news lately on HNT.......but I suspect more positive news to come and hopefully and increased dividend! Have you heard anything about how Grayling is doing? Just to say that I have taken a nice profit on these shares and retain 50% for further profit. I have just bought 100,000 RKH shares......as I think they are about to boom in the next 1 to 2 years. I also bought 50,000 CNA shares....for the dividend....and hopefully a turn around in the companies profits. Do you have any news or share tips for 2018?
'The bid price is what buyers are willing to pay for it. ... If you are selling a stock, you are going to get the bid price, if you are buying a stock you are going to get the ask price. The difference (or "spread") goes to the broker/specialist that handles the transaction.' The prices will be determined by the market makers. Who wants to sell want price/volume. Who wants to buy etc. Google is always quicker for answers. I suspect the SP and ask price being the same is a only on LSE site. Someone bought 1.74m shares at close of play today.
Can someone explain the difference between all these please, as I am getting confused! Why does there appear ro be so large a spread? Who determines all these prices?
No bad news here and the SP is slightly up. See how much ahead of the expected consensus in new year. Think the share price should hold at 80p or higher if they can push ahead and cross sell with these new acquisitions.
Yes this is good news,,,,,,,no reason to imagine that Huntsworth Health will not continue its strong growth, which as long as the other company components gain a little or at least do not lose money we should have another year of positive growth and even an increased dividend!!! The share price seems to be holding its own.......no further opportunities to get these shares cheap. I did think that maybe Banks were the finance related stocks referred to. Maybe it is time to buy some Lloyds shares......as long as the property market holds up,
http://hhealth.com/#clients They have a pretty impressive client roster here. The 2 brokers suggested 80-85p last July for Huntsworth. Guess we will need some market news before these are updated. Been 4+ months now. Not been any major public client wins for Huntsworth but they are mainly based in the US now based on revenue. Plus not all firms announce client wins to the market. See what December brings. I suspect the directors had their fill of share buys at 37p. Finances could refer to organisations such as banks?
