That is true Chaser Its a catch 22 situation here, i'm not a fan as most will know. I have never said anything bad about the assets, just HER need to fund purchases which is impossible based on what we currently know, and in my opinion will be very difficult once the asset is proved. If the Asset's aren't proved up or not enough to make it viable, the company will be put into administration. None of the new BOD have put a penny in here, they also have other interests so albeit the quality of them can't be argued, its how much time they are willing to spend on this project (took 5 months from original placing to start works and then they needed a further placing)
Sramble my sentiments too. Your not going to get funding unless you have a proven asset.
Agreed chaser. My thoughts are that they rescued the company and brought a knowledgable, proven geologist in to confirm what they believe to be something special. If not - the company would have just died out and there would have been no interest in the share. I've taken position and will wait out until the true re-rate occurs on the next news. Not sure how long the news will take though. Traders will do well in spikes. Those who hold until news will do well in the re rate.
It is a bit confusing. Can't help but something going on in background
Work that last trade out lol 0.0675 -7 -0.00p
Holding well. Gla
You take a chance with HER...she's like an ex-girlfriend...delivered the goods once but need to be careful second time around. I haven't given up on my ex but will wait to see if i can get HER cheaper...best way if things don't turn out as expected? Waiting with interest, gla
Investors just buy at .3-.5 Range and sell at .8-.11 Range. I am not sure if company has any financial benefits from this bingo game in here.. Lol
Just 3k nothing at all
4 million units at 0.11
Im in at 0.11 dont know if i will get my money back. What you reckon people
Of the time it's NT to buy. Something going on. Gla
Same old crap repeating the same crap follow him on other boards. Watch his shares not doing so well. Thinks he s the guru of investing. He s a comic character but which on batman or robin. Lol
The odd thing I'm finding at the moment is that even with 9b shares in issue it's been NT to buy more often then not, and even when I use buy orders (at a higher sp then at the time) they have gone to execution and then don't get filled which is a first for me. Aiming for a core holding of free riding shares ready for when the drill results start to get announced. Nothing's guaranteed but it's quite an incentive for cms to hold for a short while. "Upon signing US$25,000 and 580 million ordinary HER shares to CMS; 2. 670 million HER shares to CMS conditional to HER shares averaging at least 0.12 pence for a minimum of 90 days,"
not all the share are up after 0.12 for 90 days its around 600million I think but they have a lot more than that at 0.001 and these can be offloaded anytime. Dont base any decision on just part of the story.
Danbrown83 He is invested in other shares and I have watched those boards - he does not post anywhere near as much as here. All of his credibility has gone and I'm dome with his repetition of we don't have the assets...I know - HER is an exploration play with a more than capable geologist. That is good enough for me.
For someone with no financial interest here, your sure spend a lot of time on this forum lol.... shorter....
You don't own Picachos or pastizal, you don't have any profitable mines
Thanks X, 0.12p for both on the website. If they need Double todays price for 90 days before they can unload I think I'm happy with my 0.06p buy, Looking forward to drill results. Good luck all, I hope it's one we all make money on eventually.
We have so many posts about this prior to this week it is a mistake on the RNS, if you checkout there website the corrected information is there. I did say yesterday this will drift and I think it will further next week. I will load up if we fall below .5
the wheels have fallen off today.
Can someone confirm the rns pricing "1,250,000,0000 shares issued to CSA at today's price of 0.03p but shares are locked into until the share price of the Herencia Shares exceed 0.012 pence for a minimum of 90 days;" - 0.012p as in one quarter of the current sp? "The Convertible Security has the same conditions as announced on 5th April 2016. Herencia (AIM: HER) announces that Lind Partners and Darius may each exercise its right to convert US$150,000 of convertible loan notes into shares at an exercise price of 0.0012 ("Conversion") or some 4 times higher than the current share price. Pursuant to the Conversion, new ordinary shares of 0.12p each ("Ordinary Shares"), will be admitted to trading on AIM." - And 0.12p - double the current sp? Why such different sp prices? 0.012p and 0.12p?
So who are you batman or robin. Investors have put money in this . They have profitable mines surrounding the area. The mcap reflects where we are for a miner. Any advance ment in operations will def see a rise in sp. Like i said i sold in the rise. Only here because you seem to think you know it all. What would the mining sector do without you batman or is it robin. Lol
*Short term expense to shareholders, and only if they dilute...
Never said it was, but my opinion is that you have no assets of value and the assets you are exploring are not yours, you need a considerable amount of cash to be a viable company and that will only come at the expense of shareholders
