Mazza the problem you have is your intelligence is not commercial business minded. Personally I think you still go to college. I have developed large scale projects. I buy plots of land to develop, do all the necessary research into the use of the land and the udp's associated with that project. You have to understand the time it takes into the research of the development, before parting with any money. I am more than comfortable with Mark and his business knowledge to influence me parting with my money into his long term objectives. I can only advise investors that this will come good as I know what is involved from start to finish. When I read your comments that you don't know this information and that information, you have to understand that on large scale building project there too much to write on a Rns. I have also been in litigation on projects. It's part of business. But we always come out on top. Anyway to all genuine holders have a great weekend as next week full speed ahead as AB are currently on site:-))
The problem with mazza/DesperateDan is they can't see past their own feet. They talk dribble all day long like spoilt children. With the 7 acre freehold investment that we own, this alone is worth a fortune when the site is complete. 7 acre retail land has got to reach into the 10's of millions. On top of this, how big is the shopping complex going to be. I'm sure all will be Rns'd when Chal is ready. The part Shorters can't get into their heads is the income from the retail park on the sq footage alone is going to be a staggering amount. I would imagine it will probably be the same size as the Empire Outlets 350000 sqft. With retail units let out at at $120- 150 per sqft. I honestly think our sp in the not too distant future will be back to 40- 50p I could go on and on, but you have to remember "All great things take time to build" Dyor Gla
