Am sure they have to proceed with their initial strategy and improve on it. Do you think the loan providers will allow such rights to be exercised now if the bod did not have solid plans? I dont think so. I really believe something positive on the horizon.
Oh ok...Thx for the reply....Hopefully Market will view this as a positive....
Concise....
This RNS is oncise and correctly worded showing shareholders interest protection written all over it. No immediate dumping of shares by directors and improved cash flow.
Shares thats 10%of the comp given to the directors if the stick it out.no news of what the plan going forward is
The incentive has set conditions one of which is continuos service to the company. This shows committment and directors’ interest aligned to shareholders interest. I personally find it fair play. Please note that this has been voted by shareholders in July 17 which means this is not a surprise to shareholders. This is referred to as “Performance Related” so for me they would have some positive news to report very soon. IMVHO GLA
see what Price these Performance related shares will be issued at....so maybe not Booom :-(((
make head or tailout of todays RNS...No wages for a Year for the Directors mentioned....good thing surely....Hopefully Market will like this and dare I say...Booooom...GL OF
I can't be bothered to explain it to you, I don't have enough years left in me LOL.
Dan Brown is correct they are sells.
You have to question why these loners spend so much of their lives on the BB of a stock they allegedly have no financial interest in, I don't buy into the fact they are just attention seeking, there's more to it than that.
Quite obviously sells if you look at the time stamp on the trades
Obviously no one can predict future, but I think it will drop first, then spike on drill results, before dropping again, until proper funding and picachos bought I will be negative on this share
Lol predictable cry of sells from Danny boy, they were trades which meant someone sold and another bought them. Tedious and I've only been reading his mucous for a week. Ah well there's one way to mop it up FILTURD !
But from your previous post you sounded like reading from your crystal ball that one more spike before it drops to .04p ....etc...go read it again then you will realise what less experienced PIs would make of it. If you are not sure about a future event then I would suggest you don’t talk ****. Don’t pretend to be a guru and having your personal agenda.
I don't know if it will dip but if history of Herencia is correct this is around the position I expect, likewise I don't know when results of drilling campaign will be issued but from starting in October we know a drill campaign lasts really a couple of months to drill, sample and get results out, so 4 to 6 weeks isn't unreasonable, also this share does have something about spiking, it happens often, a 100%+ rise followed by the usual fall back to circa 0.04, lot of people burned, this is my opinion but just follow the patterns previous and you can see it
They were sells, 50m shares sold in last hour
2 massive buys after hours trade..17 and 14 million.. Somethings stirring, or just taking positions?
How do you know there is one more spike and then sp will dip to .04p? Also how did you ascertain the drill results will not be for another 4-6 weeks if my memory serves me well? How do you know the result of the drill will be a flop then only the sp could go that low? All your assumption of HER are -ve mate or is it that your funds is not ready yet to be moved here for another month or so!!!!
Chaser quite right small climb is better that one big leap and immediate retrace. There is more rise to follow. IMO
Up 6% on the day. That'll do me. Slowly but surely, better than your normal spikes. Gla
im surprise the SP held up, i make it around 50m shares sold in last hour
all the 1,006 sells at the end of the day?
I like GGP - Applegarth on here got me into it back in May / June, i'm out of it now but did really well. It actually spiked on no news did GGP, the RNS there was actually more of a re-cap on the Ernst Giles prospect with a few added minor updates, and then it quadrupled, the RNS read really well, it was pretty outstanding, fact is there have been better RNS's in terms of valuable resource updates that have done nothing to the SP, it does show what sentiment can do, i am still of the opinion Newmont will do something with Ernst Giles but the prospect is still way too early to justify its current valuation so i think a few may be getting carried away, needs a lot of work and proving up (but at least GGP own it and a lot of other good prospects too) - its like a mini de-ramp but its not - i think the SP is too high for where it is but i see a lot of potential for GGP to go higher, i will watch on and see what Newmont do this month before buying in.
Thanks Dan. Been having a fair bit of success trading ggp and vast. Ukog was a mistake got in at 5.7 so awaiting the next pump. Saw this and thought it was good for a day trade. Looks like I will have to wait. ..
