JHFH The trouble is with a hge number of us hurting who havn't had the option of being involved wit the placement your defence sounds more like Squeeler from Animal Farm! I know we are responsible for our own investing and have to accept our losses but it is hard when all the research into potential quality products has been undone by poor finacial management!
Anyway, early morning excitement over, I totally get the anger, I have bought shares in the past at 9p also, and now a lot of shares got sold at 1.5p to get Vlad out of a hole of his own making despite multiple warnings. Feel free to vent, were I not in the placing I would be angry too, but just remember why it was necessary, Mint would have dragged this SP to 1p, no doubt about it and it would have taken months. So be angry all you want but atleast this is the end of the death spiral financing. CLNs are gone. Some of the placing shares clearly are being churned, people here for a short term profit, but they are not looking to sell below 1.5p, they want a profit, add in the fees, stamp duty etc and you cannot forsee them selling much below this. I am one of the placee's who wont be churning for a quick profit, I am sorry if that makes some of you angry and jealous that I took part but this has been signposted for a few weeks now, it was obvious that a raise was coming to repay the CLNs. Until this happened growth was impossible.
Anyway I have been on here for well over an hour, got to go to work. I hope when people catch their breath and chill they will see that Mint going is a good thing. Really surprised by just how much anger there has been when the alternative was continued conversions... Catch you later.
The Company recently received notice that GlobalCo will not in-license the CDX antibody at this juncture, and accordingly gave notice to GlobalCo of its intention to exercise its own option to license GlobalCo's contributions on an exclusive, worldwide basis.
On the final rns. The GC will not take park license and Hemo must pay GC some IP money for GC to have owe CDX . It mean no money from GC and Hemo need to pay them some money .
Nothing is too excited about CDX untill some other jump in or Hemo will run out money very soon.
Jfth i have listened to ur postes and lunus who is quick to vanish by the way our mr i am tight with the company ha ha and what i come to conclusion is you know as much as i do f.ckall not one posters knows anything about what this comapany is up to if we did we wouldnt of invested and been in this would we?? So all you cut the crap sit back and just hope something happens to at least get our cash back forget ur 20 ps gla
Go back and read the older RNS's:
o approximately £5 million on completing Phase I/IIa clinical studies aimed at achieving clinical proof of concept and advancing HEMO-CAR-T towards later stages of clinical trials including Phase II and Phase III. The Company intends to initiate PhaseI/IIa clinical studies by the end of 2021/beginning of 2022.
The pre clinical work is funded. There is no funding for clinical trials.
You are shameless
Either buy/sell/hold its up to you, the RNS says that they have enough funding to progress, we know updates are coming from global co RE the structure of the licencing deal. We are waiting for details on this "Stealth company" we now CAR-T is funded to Phase 1/2a. People are rightly peeved off about the price of the placing and the dilution, but none of that affects the fact that Hemo are charging on towards clinical trials and have lots now pending updates to the market.
Justfostrail only CDX cost 6.5 millionsas last rns show . How can Hemo could go for CART and CDX ?
when the fund 48 millions fromMint have been stop . So there will be place moresharein the future if they need money for one more trial. Only good new help but just wait untill good news. .
Bo, its right there:
"The Directors have determined that the Redemption and Sale are in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders. The Company will be able to maintain its level of operations as it moves its product candidates forward to clinical trials, updates about which will be provided to shareholders in due time."
Thanks for your response JHFH. I'm in for 1.2m now, a lot less than I used to be, but we are where we are. At least my average is not bad now. Hope you are right and good luck to us all
Ensure all funding for trials was secured? When's that happening JHFH.
It's posts like this that make people doubt your motives here.
@dhub, I have been actively trying to persuade vlad and anyone else who was listening to get rid of these CLNs for a very long time now as it was clear with the CLNs there was one direction. It took ALOT longer than expected to get rid of them hence this SP, it should have happened much sooner. However what is clear is that a line was crossed a while ago, a point at which vlad realised any positive news that was released would be 100% destroyed by Mint and act as a negative anchor and drag the SP lower.
At that point the single goal was getting rid of CLNs and ensuring all funding for trials was secure.
I totally get so many are peeved off at the number of shares issued at 1.5p I am too, but it was necessary, it just should have happened much sooner at a much higher price.
Now the CLNs are gone Hemo will be free to release news on the various pipelines, when attenion is gone from the CLNs and people start talking about the technology again the mood will change. Then people will start talking about charts, recovery plays, that massive gap to be filled at 6.4p.
So no predictions, but I am expecting much higher than your prediction in days not months.
I'd be interested to know your prediction in the SP within the next 3 months JHFH? It's only a prediction, so I won't hold you to it. I personally think 1.5p is the bottom, but we might not get there. I'm hoping for 3.5p+ within 3 months
