Look like some 'negotiated transaction' of about 20k went through this afternoon

yes indeed and some big buys today from the look of it? be interested if there is an L2 data
good luck all holders
Nice to see this moving finally after a slow start today.
I think the purpose of the new company is to have it domiciled in Greenland, which
1. satisfies Greenland's regulatory requirement (exploration may be done by non Greenland entity, exploitation may not)
2. opens the possibility of EU funding for critical minerals
I must say I am very pleased with the pace and focus that Steffan has demonstrated
Moring Folks,
Good call on the RNS MrJones, We may see 5p sooner than I thought (could be today). I do have one question though for the CEO and that is to find out if the new company will stay fully owned by Greenroc and no shares in it will be sold, otherwise this is starting to turn into long chain . At that point it would make me a bit nervous .

Good update as GROC progresses towards production.
Also worthwhile the registration for another live Q&A session. GROC certainly do keep their investors fully informed of how the project is developing.
""Establishing our Greenlandic registered subsidiary, Greenland Graphite a/s, also represents another milestone for the Company. As well as satisfying Greenlandic mining regulations which requires the formation of a Greenlandic company prior to the commencement of any mining operations, Greenland Graphite a/s will also enable the Company to access more easily EU funding programmes in the field of critical raw materials, something the Company is currently actively exploring."
Nice green candles forming... hope that continues shares seem quiet atm
Did anybody go to the AGM today?
Looks like something big is happening with the share price as it continues to climb.
The share price is indeed gaining momentum and seems to indicate news via RNS could drop any day now. We must be due an update.
Last few months have been positive (imho).
With very few shares available to wannabe shareholders ( in comparison to Alba), GROC can rise (or fall) quickly.
Morning folks ,
Nice to see we have broken 4p. I hope we keep going. we have been slowly creeping up over the past couple of weeks , so maybe the turnaround has come and we are now on the way up to were I think we should be. I would like to see 5p by the end of the month (that may be a bit optimistic but we can hope) Anyway GL Folks.

It is what it is until it isn't! The secret is to find a stock that the market underates until it doesn't........here is one!

Would you like to name some higher grade projects ?
"Amitsoq and Kalaaq are two of the highest-graded graphite projects in the world."
Floated at 10p now below 4p the market clearly does not agree with the above statement.
Ahh ahh belay that captain I see the other more upto date article
Ignor the old share news article, 6 weeks out of date, where did that come from??
George Frangeskides (our Non-Executive Chairman):-
"In terms of our non-operating assets, most importantly our investment in GreenRoc, substantial progress has been made at the flagship Amitsoq graphite project over the past 12 months which is shaping up to be a truly world-class asset. I can personally testify to the immense interest in it from potential international strategic investors and industry partners with whom I have engaged in my capacity as GreenRoc Chairman over the past several months. In this way, our decision to spin out our Greenland assets into a new, Greenland-focused listed vehicle has already shown its worth, and
all that is needed now is for the market to properly recognise what, to me, is a greatly undervalued asset. "
The Amitsoq Graphite Project is located in the Nanortalik region of southern Greenland and is one of the highest-grade graphite deposits in the world, with a total inferred, indicated and measured JORC Resource of 23.05 million tonnes at an average grade of 20.41% Graphitic Carbon, giving a total graphite content of 4.71 Mt. The Resource contains a lower graphite layer that has a JORC resource of 16.88Mt at a grade of 21.51% with 3.634Mt of contained graphite.
Amitsoq and Kalaaq are two of the highest-graded graphite projects in the world.

Lol, my investor friend has chastised me, for exactly the same reason this evening, he's waiting to pull money out from other stocks soon and is let's say looking for new opportunities..
Hi T
Pleased don’t shout too loud on this find, hoping to accumulate over the summer before the herd walks up and the madness begins.
Kind regards
I am still amazed how often buys are shown as sells, there's only 1 dealing yet today and that's my buy for 35,000 shares.
At 5mill mcap this peach of an investment has got to get jumped on soon. Read the RNS from 14th Mar and watch the hr long vid on you tube, its definitely near the top of the EU critical minerals list. Gla
Thule black sands... upgrade due soon.
Excellent long term hold, and certainly going somewhere if you're in it for the long haul.
Unfortunately markets are strongly leaning on side of trading not investing unless we have a very strong catalyst such as a binding agreement with DFC, offtakes, strategic partner etc.
Hi Rob
Yes my thoughts too. I’m planning on adding all through the summer till I reach my target and then I’m putting these away for at least a year in my sock drawer.
GLA
Well done at 3.56 a nice buy. Not sure now which way this will go. A slow decline until some very good news or a rapid lift in SP as the herd gets to know
GLA
Up 17% this week at the moment and this is before any market announcements other than directors buying shares.
All we need now is a positive RNS and we could see quite a steep climb in the share price.
Alba is ticking along nicely too.....
Yes, you are right it was down first thing.
