VTID1874 that exactly he was proper against that move too :)) ATB Things are going to get exciting over next 12 months for sure
Tabletop 2 anomaly will be Greatlands first drill target. Similar geophysics to Havieron:

Another great strategic acquisition by the team .
Should keep our new guys busy for a few years to come .
Positive RNS - More 100% owned tenements in elephant country acquired for peanuts. Future exploration programs which no doubt will be drilled and funded when production commences at Havieron in 2023. All good for GGP multi-asset strategy and shareholder value.
More Tier 1 discoveries? - you bet.

This is Shaun Day talking on the Mining Maven blog 15 September 2021:
"Of course, it also helps that the (Juri) JV is already looking in an area as friendly and rich for exploration as Western Australia. As Day says, the state is among the “pre-eminent mining jurisdictions on the planet”.
“Lurking in the deep” – The deposits transforming Greatland
The Paterson region is among Australia’s most prospective frontiers when it comes to discovering multicycle, tier-one gold/copper deposits.
A discovery of particular note is the Telfer gold-copper mine, located just 45km away from Havieron and Juri. As Day points out, Telfer was “a top five Australian gold mine for some 35 years” and remains in production to this day.
There’s the Winu project to the north of Juri, too, where Rio Tinto (LSE:RIO) revealed an impressive inferred mineral resource of 503Mt at 0.45 copper equivalent last year alongside a new zone of gold dominant mineralisation.
Despite these high-profile discoveries, there has been little in the way of investment over the past 20 years.
This, alongside the favourable geology at Paterson – where formations typically do not express at surface – combine to add to the potential for a significant discovery at a project like Juri.
As Day says, easy-to-find formations would have been found “50, if not 150 years ago” were it not for the limitations of technology at the time. Now, thanks to modern techniques, it’s possible to find these “monsters lurking in the deep”.
“I'm not sure the market fully appreciates the real scale of this opportunity,” he summarises.
Still, in partnering with world-renowned Newcrest and seeking out opportunities in this rich yet under-explored space, Greatland is very much making a name for itself".

Enough said - today's RNS is very good news for GGP shareholders.

Allonred
2029 H&P estimate is the bulk mining.
Do some research for heaven’s sake you’re making a right fool of yourself
Allonread. You’ve just gone all in green. Bye.
In view of the capital costs required to set up a mining and processing business, I wonder what possibilities are open to GGP when/if any of these 100% owned tenements strike it rich? Will they sub-contract the mining or invest in their own machinery? Equally, is it possible for ncm to 'sub-let' part of the Telfer facility or would it be a forgone conclusion that they would require a percentage of profits as per Havieron?
Mushroom, I am off the mind that they will stick to JV's with NCM which will reduce costs and still give massive returns ( if they find another commercial ore body) but maybe on better terms. Just my thoughts as they seem to have a great relationship, also if there are a few more finds then it's possible Telfer may have to add another Train, cheaper than GGP building their own processing plant, whilst also keeping employee numbers down. IMHO
Burleigh .. I think it takes a lot for bamps to lose it, but this idiot deserves all he gets !
Lenz- That is kind of my thinking too. I guess it just seems a bit odd that SD makes a big thing of the 100% ownership when in all likelihood it is likely to be portioned out for the sake of prudent management. I have no problem with that of course. I am just curious.
Burleigh . I have had him green binned for months !
Burleigh, own drill and lab facilities .. don't think so even Newcrest don't do that, hmmm I wonder why eh!
Mushroom, I tend to think it may be financially the best way to go for the next few years unless things change dramatically and GGP find 3 or 4 more Havierons ;-))
Ah..wouldn't that be nice? 3 to 4 more Havierons. Meanwhile, let's watch the shorters get burnt. I love the smell of shorters burning in the morning.
This has the newly formed Technical Advisory Committee written all over it.
Callum being freed up from the daily grind, to do what he knows best, was a master stroke.
Go find us the next Tier 1 Callum, there's a good lad.
There is no doubt that SD is going for it with these additional 100% owned tenements. A sign of company intent on whats to come.
The advantage of 100% owned are that you obviously still have the options of JV's should one or many of them bear good fruit.
A good move overall towards becoming the miner.

@Allonred85 - my trading212 account is now showing 24% of my shares being lent out. It correlates with another poster's previous post re his % of shares being lent out so I'm guessing it's a reflection of the total % of 212's shares being lent out.
(to the others - thanks for recommendations, adding using other brokers now, just not daring to sell my shares with the current news-rich period!)
Great RNS today.
I personally think we have seen the bottom of this bear run on this share. There is so much potential upside at this price. I can understand there has been a rotation in this share as a lot of historic holders who made great returns have sold to new holders but long term this share is only going up now in my view. I can easily see this hitting new highs. So much to look forward to, sentiment is returning.
More good news just hard to fathom why the sp never rises , surely now is the time
Burleigh show us how you come to that conclusion . Fair value ???
Well. I have always wanted a buyout of Hav. This is what I’m personally hoping for. Either way I’m in a win win situation. Call me stupid. My Av is now under 1 1/2 pennies. Soon as we hit high I’m off to crypto. No disrespect.
Burleigh re labs and drills. Can't see GGP doing that they would just bring in contract units on site like NCM do, if it was financially better then they would all have their own, but obviously it isn't.
We also have systematic selling continuing of £40K and also 100000 shares
I am sure the shorters read this BB, so I suggest that you shorties go and rent some more shares, but I reckon that the rent has just gone up.
We love the smell of burning shorts in the morning.
