Keep up ffs
That's so Fkd up. Announce they need money. Wait for the sp to drop then place at a large discount?? What monkeys are running this??? Disgusting. Incompetence at its finest.
£400, 000.00 every month cashburn.
Why didn't they do this month's ago to avoid RF drawdowns????
I don't think these placings will be successful. They won't ull this off imo and as such Cheek will come back to share holders saying 'an offer has been made to buy the company for ...£5m ish' and you should accept it or else. What a b'tardos
No wonder Russ looked so uncomfortable in that presentation. They must have all known this was the plan.
retail investors shafted yet again. AIM cannot be allowed to go on like this. It's bordering on the criminal
Why oh why didn't I just wait for one more day ffs!
Oh come on people!
Everyone news they needed a fundraiser it was going to be at a massive discount
They will get the cash who can go wrong buying into this at 1.5p.
It certainly beats my £40K at 30p
Fukin scumbags!!
Keep taking your £300k a year with no company income!!
This activity should be criminal. I agree with you Roger, I don't see them pulling this off. Cheek is investing £10,000!
'Why didn't they do this month's ago to avoid RF drawdowns????'
Exactly Slacker. There has been a long term plan to run GDR into the ground by someone. Budd will be connected in some way but all the GDR Directors are complicit. This kind of raise done instead of the RF deal, when the sp was 20p + would have been far far better. This is really crooked imo and needs to be looked into as it's now clear that either mangt were totally inept or...involved in this scheme to get GDR on the cheap whilst they keep their jobs and salaries. No wonder none of them would buy shares even at 3p! All a cunch of bunts
God I hope no one had their life savings in this
Yeah drive the price down, buy for fuk all then release some positive news and sell for profit.
SCUMBAGS
I mean, they've really really gone to town to make sure retail investors are hurt as badly as possible by this move, given it comes after the RF deal, which also saw the sp drop by 75%. Cheek really doesn't like pis does he!
I do so hope Cheek will be ousted the second this is taken over by who ever is going to end up owning GDR
Its a shame they dont answer phone calls
Roger he wss brought in to increase the sp supposedly .. but we'll probably never see it get as high as it was when he took over.. madness
You might win a few short term but long term in any AIM company you as good as loose everything.
Open a shop , don't sell fuk all and pay yourself £300K a year.....!?
Really thats not possible.......🤣
What the fck do us LTH,s do now...????
There’s going to be an equity raise at a huge discount!
Who saw that coming??
Oh wait…
I don’t know about you guys, but I’m piling into this. This represents a fantastic opportunity to get shares at a penny plus in a company that is about to get a full recommendation from NICE, and to at the same time, make an FDA submission for sales in the biggest market in the world. They have first in class products, a high barrier to entry, and soon the cash to market and sell them.
What are we looking at here, if managed carefully? A thee or four bagger? Maybe much more?
Same here Roger! ...I've bought a large amount over the past few weeks thinking that they'll probably drawdown from RF, being that they could do so at minimal dilution (assuming RF agreed). Haven't gone in full though as I knew it was risky and they could do what they have just done at any time. It's odd that they're doing it now rather than when the shareprice is higher.
Hopefully most will chose to take part in the open offer rather than buying in the market, so at least they'll be very well funded.
There is still upside from the current level over the coming months, I haven't calculated it yet but I expect considering the dilution, 10p will equate to about 50m mcap which it should breach after July NICE news.
Stock...that's what I,m doing ...!
Oh no hang on, I got that wrong..they do like us. .the RNS states 'The Company values its retail shareholder base and believes that it is appropriate to provide retail investors in the United Kingdom the opportunity to participate in the current fundraising'
but only after we've shafted them good and proper. This kind of thing just can't be deemed as fair. It's no wonder AIM is disappearing up its own fundament.
Be warned folks, if you feel like investing in the retail 'offer' (I love that term) you might buy a load of shares and then they choose to show once more just how much they 'value' you.
Ah well. This is game over. I sell tomorrow at whatever loss and won't be back at any price. Bad luck all. I am really sorry for anyone who has lost more than they can afford. tbh I'd already lost an absolute shedload but stupidly put some trust in the new CEO. He's cut from the same cloth as all the other AIM sheisters
I don’t think I will buy this stock ever again to be honest. I wish I went with my guy when James Cheek kept crashing the share price and sold at 9p. Sold most of my holdings at 6p and 5.75p.
Gut not guy. I don’t know why I didn’t sell in the 9’s as it looked certain to crash again.
I could quite easily take part in this Rex offer, however out of pure principle of how they've handled this, I won't be. Disgraceful BoD, genuinely fell bad for holders here. Good luck to you all.
That’s fine, and I completely understand, but your principles will cost you money.
The best way to salvage something from this car crash is to average down.. This offers you a once in a GDR shareholding lifetime opportunity to do that.
Having said that I quite understand the shareholder anger and frustration here.
It is just that being emotional and vengeful against the company is cutting off your nose to spite your face. An emotional trader is a bad trader. It is not as it Cheek gives a feck or it will make any difference.
How are you going to feel when the NICE recommendation lands and the stock sky rockets?
Give yourself some time to cool down before you make such a significant financial decision.
