A post by Mass Debate. "You lot are deluded. Price goes down consistently for months, has a tight surge for a day then it's all systems go? C'mon get real. If this is above 16p by the end of January I'll lick Gupta's head" You must be getting just a little bit worried MD??
MD 23/01:
Clearly not Livin. As usual, I am correct. 8 days to go and still nowhere near 16p. I think I'm safe? GP must be happy at the moment. Top up opportunities galore at this price
So I have been buying Dyani shares as bees I think suggested as the seller. The lower the better please.
Morning Red
I think we've known for a while someone is drip feeding shares into the market. Any small rise is sold into so it seems almost 100% it's Dyani who has been selling.
Hopefully not too much longer for some news..........he says.
Having just had a quick look at today's RNS, Dyani would now finish up with 30.7% or about 700/- shares too many.
-In Dec they were about 3,000,000 over the top, so it looks like they have disposed of about 2,300,000 in the last few rallies.
-This is good business for Dyani as any sales would be replaced by stock issued to them via the Co----money for nothing.
---another 700/- should at last see that overhang cleared.
Struggling to buy any decent volume again
Hate to say told you so but the hysteria from this morning has proved to be just that; hysteria.
You guys just need to calm your skins down on the release of news. I will be the first to post something extremely positive when we get good news as it's in everyone's interest (apart from the phulbari solidarity group idiots) but the facts are, as it stands, we have nothing new to shout about
Are we still waiting on confirmation of an alternative AGM date? I suspect the longer the delay the better as for a Tang is concerned to give him extra time to bring something tangible to the table. But surely shareholders should be informed of new AGM date and venue by now??
Yes I made the sum from polo being the last ie when they cash in there options..I still think we will be taken out before
Nobody wants to accept their shares yet, as the % awarded is against the shares in issue, which enlarge every time an entity take there shares.
The last to take their % will get the most shares per 1%
In the recent RNS’s from the company the Dyani holding was unchanged though. No evidence they were selling.
Do they have to sell into the market though?
Redeyemines, as long as Dyani think a positive outcome is coming, any forced selling to stay within the limits is an opportunity to get more shares for your cash.
Back in early Dec it was worked out that Dyani would finish up with about 3% more than they were allowed to hold, and so would not be granted all their entitlement until they had reduced their holding.
--Ever since I have been looking for evidence of somebody feeding into any news that generates trading volume.
-We have had a couple of episodes that may have let them reduce a portion of their holding without making waves, and this might be another.
---You could argue that they should hold on until really positive news raises the SP substantially, ----but would they have the time.
-
-At the moment they could dispose of that 3% and make about £400/- clear profit , as that 3% would be replaced by the company.
-If they wait and GCM get taken out, then yes they would make a fortune (like the rest of us), but it would be very sloppy business to have missed out on a free £400/- windfall.
-
-Maybe the reason each bull run grinds to a halt, is just that 3% still hanging in the wings.
