The situation is the same over the whole country effecting households and businesses alike!!
“Residents of Savar and Ashulia report experiencing significantly more load shedding this year compared to the same period last year”
“Industrial production and the lives of residents have been hit hard in Savar, Dhamrai and Gazipur areas by a sudden increase in load shedding in electricity supply amid rising temperature.
The industry owners and residents of the areas have reported that they have been experiencing five to seven hours power outage daily for the last few days. ”

Let the Children play. Unprofessional and Jimmy boy have made it quite clear they want a lower entry.
I hope they continue to spread fear until 6th April.
That’s when I pile in with my yearly ISA allowance.
Thank you:-)
Back to facts and reality!!!!
“The first significant heatwave of this summer has exposed yet again the fragility of Bangladesh’s power sector, with power generation lagging far behind demand.
Over the first two days of the hottest month, April, electricity demand soared along with the temperature, triggering up to 10 hours of power cuts in parts of Bangladesh.”
“Over 80 per cent of the coal-based power generation capacity of 5,036MW will be used, the Power Cell plan proposes, generating 4,100MW of the evening peak.
Coal will meet 23.42 per cent of the evening peak power demand.”
“The government had initially promised not to roll out power cuts unannounced but failed to keep the promise because the shortage was far greater than expected.”

Header says it all! :)
I think it’s fundamentally simple.
Things are looking promising but there is of course risk from various angles. For me, that risk is outweighed by the potential for massive upside, hence I have made my bets.
We can talk for days on end about what the SP will do and some will get in at better prices than others but if we do get approval then none of that will matter. If the outcome is negative then it won’t be ideal for anyone haha.
We just need to wait
Guys why do you give this child what he craves Attention, I have no idea what he’s saying because I’ve blocked him, but I no he openly admits he is trying to lower the so so he can buy in cheaper , he no’s what he’s saying makes no sense but you might as well bang your head against a wall than try to reason with him. He’s a moron , he’ll probably reply to this even though alls I see is a green box
And then there this wise own dude...he's in a whole different category bless his cotton socks.
Confirmation bias is right!!!
Not all, some provide good info and conversation like over the weekend.
Take a step back guys and look at the whole situation with balanced outlook.
You do not even "look" or "see" - or even read / UNDERSTAND RNSs ! 😂😂
You get schooled today by (much) better RRSEARCHED ones today Mr Professional! 😏
🦉
Other posters have said the same things over and over much more often then me. You do not mind as....they are positive and you like Confirmation bias. That makes you human...but a bad investor...
I am here to make money. Simple trade with wos. ( is different from what hé seems to say but one who looks can see shhhh)
Jollychippy, it’s because he is shorting the stock lol, he basically admitted to that last week, I’m sure that he probably wants a better entry price as well :)
Jollychippy....lol... think...
Mr Professional,
Your post earlier:
The Company advises that working under the coal mine development MOU with Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd. ("PowerChina") (refer to RNS of 28 November 2023), it has signed a contract with PowerChina International Group Limited
The Power China in brackets is just short for their full title . I’m sure you already know this, yet you just keep on trying to antagonise people. Despite your best efforts most LTH will continue to hold their stake as will I,
What’s your Interest in this “tiny company that has now money or future in your opinion”
Are you getting paid to make trouble?
Just a lonely Key board warrior?
It’s really becoming tiresome to see how much time and effort you put into this BB- For what ?
I can't beleive how biased people are here.
Yes it would be AMAZING if GCM shoots to £2 + but come on guys, atleast acknowledge GCM are dancing with the devil here regardless of what contracts have been approved by whatever external body.
Then you have Hasina lol..it gets worse.
'GCM maintains facilities in the Project area and its resident field team is in close contact with the community and local authorities. The field team is assisted by 67 Community Liaison Assistants ("CLA's"), recruited from across the Project Area.'
Add on top: company has no cash
Add on top: political situation
Equals deeply discounted equity raise
GCM has the power because they have the licence. Why else do you think a a 30000 employee monster like Powerchina is signing agreements with little GCM?
That's my last on the subject! Have a good evening. I hope the big news doesn't come before you get a chance to buy at 3p!
Who has Licence?
Do not be complete foool sir.
Goodnight & enjoy stress of not holding shares. Your desperation showing! 😏
🦉
Ykir are you really that stupid?
Yes they are a party.
A party to a deal which still needs terms negotiated.
The other party to the above deal is the same party this duo has a provisional deal with...
Now lets think..
.who has more power....? Make up your own mind....jesus
LOL - was going to write something but more easy to let him prove he is FOOL himself!! 😂😂😂😂😂
Mr Professional better do research first please - desperation show & make you look Sillly! 🦉
Lol professional you have just made an absolute fool of yourself.
You're probably too daft to even begin to understand.
GCM is a party to all the deals. 'A joint proposal with development partner, PowerChina, will shortly be presented to the newly elected Bangladesh Government.'
This is basic stuff.
You enjoy your evening whilst everybody has a laugh at you.
...totally on-topic. GP, there you go, it says it all and with Phulbari's legal comments, I hope Michael Tang has all his wits about him and he sells the company allowing us ' n'er a backward glance'.
Mou was extended... will it next time...? Or involve less favourable terms... PowerChina brings everything....why shares much? Dyor. See you tomorrow

Powerchina contact with Powerchina...cant make it any simpler
