Thanks for case info.
The damages that Frr have stated I think amount to around 15p per share.
Another court case to add to the list.
The Petition states that FRC retained Mourant to provide legal services in relation to a civil action by a certain “corporate raider” (you know who) in the Caymans.
During proceedings, Mourant asked for a guarantee of payment in order to carry on representing FRC. After accepting the guarantee provided by the company, Mourant broke its promise and withdrew its representation. FRC claim this action caused monetary losses of “not less than US$280,000,000”
In other words, this case involves breach of contract and FRC seek damages in excess of US$1m including FRC’s “actual damages”. I imagine if FRC can prove breach of contract it will be for the court to determine final damages and costs.
I expect we will soon see a motion from Mourant and their version of events.
Could this be the Christmas present we have all longed for finally…?????
GLA , fingers, toes, legs and anything else I can get crossed.
Ooohhhhh, what could it be. Do we feel lucky?
With luck that will end in a quid pro quo and both cases quietly go away.
Mourant is already suing SN, ZM in Texas for repayment of a foreign debt.
Now we have a corporate action instigated by the company – FRC v Mourant.
The case was filed yesterday. The Petition by the Plaintiff (FRC) has been filed but isn’t available for viewing yet. Hopefully we will be able to access it over the next few days.
And in this years Carlisle Am Dram of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, we have Tabs starring as Ebenezer Scrooge.
Bah humbug.
hardly worth getting the paperwork out to check if we signed a mou with Naftogaz lol and as for Moldova jeez who gives a one
Down there for dancin' Prodge.
LMOA
your post has been drowned here sir Cogster of the Woollies.
Your memory is still good for an Auld Yin.
Lets hope our MOU and agreements are still as good as your memory.
ATB pal.
Fairly sure we signed a MOU with Natogaz albeit a few years ago now and also signed one with Moldova for 50 year agreement. As far as we can see nothing has come from either.
Haven't we got an agreement with Naftogaz?

Plus. Crimea to Ruskies is as Tenerife to UK :-)
Putrid wants Crimea etc for many reasons.
First and foremost he needs beach-front real estate to access the Black Sea O&G Licenses.
Secondly, he wants to absolutely strangle Ukraines export business.
Thirdly, I agree with you about Navy port. But putrid may not have a navy soon !
Anyway, russians are pouring out of Ukraine. Puddins plans are in tatters.
And French energy giant Total Energies faces legal action for allegedly helping fuel Russian planes that have bombed Ukraine, French media reported.
Religious folks predict that the end of this world is near.
God saves the good ones and the nonbelievers go to hell
which means the LSE will go up in flames .
Nostradamus .
Good moaning Pecten.
I hope the wond will blew so that the radiation will p1ss us by.
RR - it would depend on which way the wond is blowing - the trace maps following Chernobyl are fascinating, though disturbing
I don't mind telling you ; I'm a fracking nervous wreck :-)
I also happen to have a Nuke background. Have just asked the TASS news agency to confirm which way the radiation would travel following a disaster at Zaporizhzhia.
Best to alert them imo.
Would be rude not to :-)
Am not convinced Georgia is in trouble RR, they are getting deals done with Germany, maybe other EU countries to follow, plus just watch the weapons supplies arriving to ukr going forward, Spewtin thinks he can win a battle against a huge amount of countries siding with ukr, you have said it before, sit back and chill and let the big boys sort it…! Hopefully this sad war and killings will be over sooner rather than later…????
GLA
Very bad signs coming from Bell-ar-us that a new march on Kiev is being formulated. Cattle trucks, filled with RU soldiers travel to the border with UKR.
It will require a massive effort to counter such an assault. The West is being drawn deeper and deeper into this conflict.
Surely, there must be a fatal blow delivered soon. Maybe the slaughter of these armies will be it ?
Georgia will not be safe until . . .
I hope this isn’t the kiss of death but seems like BLOE on a good path to hopefully some nice profits going forward. Germany doing deals with Georgia , so I am hoping if they can achieve success then fingers crossed we get these bloody court cases closed out successfully , then we also could reap the benefits …????
GLA real holders
Weaponizing your own people. Brutal but true and playing a slow game to layer legislations.
Sad situation to be in.
