The asset was transferred to FRUS. FRUS in owned by FRC currently being liquidated so, if that goes through then the asset is gone, along with our investments.
How many AIM investors are in a similar situation?
Let down by the FCA.
🇬🇪 🇺🇸 Organized by the Georgian program of the Davies Center of Harvard University the conference, "Georgia-USA relations in the context of the Black Sea strategy." "This conference was hosted by the Eliot School of International Relations at George Washington University.
🔹 David Zalkaliani, Ambassador of Georgia to USA, presented an opening speech at the conference. The Ambassador reviewed Georgia-US relations, discussed extensively on the importance of Georgia's geopolitical and geostrategic function in the Black Sea region and emphasized the importance of granting Georgia EU candidate status, which will further contribute to deepening strategic links between the regions and the development of mid-term projects.
🔹 David Zalkalian emphasized the importance of the implemented and planned large infrastructure projects that strengthen the security of the Black Sea and help to deepen the links between regions. In this context, David Zalkalian spoke about the importance of American and European investments in large-scale projects such as the Black Sea submarine electric cable, railway modernization and development of Georgia's port infrastructure.
🔹 The ambassador spoke about the challenges in the region, Russia's occupation of Georgian territories and Russian aggression against Ukraine. The ambassador noted that the severe security situation in the region makes even more clear the need for the US to adopt a Black Sea strategy. The envoy also spoke about the Georgian government's peaceful neighbourhood initiative, aimed at ensuring lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus, during which a number of productive meetings were held with the participation of Azerbaijani and Armenian top officials.
🔹David Zalkaliani stressed the importance of further deepening the bilateral strategic partnership between Georgia and the United States, including in the areas of defense and security, economic, trade, people and cultural relations. The Ambassador reviewed the strong cooperation between Georgia and the United States in terms of defense and security and emphasized the successful participation of Georgian military contingent in international missions in Afghanistan.
🔹 Within the conference, two panel discussions were held with invited reporters in the areas of security and economy. The conference was attended by students from Harvard, George Washington Universities, experts working on Georgia and the Black Sea region in Washington, Washington diplomats accredited and representatives of US government agencies.

As far as we know it was moved to FRUS. However, when the asset was first moved a 5% Royalty Agreement was left in order to satisfy commitments. I assume that SN wants to deal with Deloitte's to try and regain the 5% RA. Plus it may have implications for the tax recovery pool of around $500m under the PSA. The Georgian Dream party and the October elections may also influence the outcome. The current lurch towards Russia and away from the EU isn't a good sign, although the people are demonstrating in their thousands.
Apologies, I feel I should already know this. Where do our assets (the 1% and data) currently sit: within the FRR company that is undergoing liquidation, or were they moved out to another SN controlled company?
Thanks MadP - will do.
Monti - please bear in mind that the "day-to-day" progress of the liquidation is under the control of the liquidation committee not Deloitte, although of course they work within the parameters set by Deloitte / Cayman Law. The L.C. will report to Deloitte who will make their determinations and then report to the court. That is why I think you will only get boilerplate responses from Deloitte until a conclusion is reached and the final account is published.
They stop being queer just past the animal park then for some reason it starts again when you hit gretna, in between is a lovely sandwich. eh cogs
Looed - All those aftershocks and alerts sounds like torture. Thankfully, your still safe and well. Just ignore the kipper... 's of this World or take cabraz's advice and put him in a little green box.
The London Stock Market is losing business to Europe and
Wallstreet. Far too many AIM stocks were delisted. The exodus is
not surprising. TUI is back in Germany where it belongs.
Brexit is a mess. Nobody wants the Brits anywhere in Europe
and Europeans speaking English are replaced with Foreigners who
need interpreters when they expect help.
Great Britain is shrinking fast.
Thanks for your observations Looed, and good to know things have started to calm down in your part of the world. Hopefully structural damage was small and life is returning to normality quickly.
The email I got from Deloitte was essentially to say that any updates would be published via their website and not via any personal requests as there was no money to handle this. I expect they will publish something depending on the final outcome. I am regularly checking that website.
You will recall from the C.R that our main man had signaled that he would contribute financially to help with Deloitte costs but I think that was not received, which (I guess) is not entirely surprising and could be linked to the success of the PSA extension request. My motivation to reach out to Deloitte was based on the time that had lapsed since the first Creditor meeting so thought there would be some developments to report. But as I said in my last post, if news was bad, Deloitte would be rushing to wind the company up as there is no money.
Conclusion: our situation is complex and frustrating. On one hand I think, better to have a quick closure to this whole saga than a ‘death by thousand cuts’. Why so many twists and turns over the years and to what end?
Why does SN fight so hard? Reputation? Perhaps. Huge Resource potential? Yes. Life’s work? Yes. High US political connections and support? May be. Or just too arrogant to admit failure? Hhhmm.
Montiburns – happy to be corrected but I think the email you got from Deloitte was merely repeating what was stated in the C.R. regarding the potential for funding. Outside of reports to court, Deliotte reporting obligations are explained on the liquidation page.
The situation remains as previously highlighted by the company and stated in the C.R. I doubt there will be any messaging for public consumption until that process completes. If all other communication channels fail, the Cayman Gazette is obligated to publish the outcome.
Deloitte are not checking this BB. Officially they have virtually zero funds and anyway their priority is to the creditors, not shareholders. However, for the company, and those trying to maintain relations with them, ongoing reckless acts by holders just feed the cycle of shareholder self-sabotage and they don’t draw any distinction between acts that are willful or mis-guided. Result – radio silence.
Finally, what nonsense to say that this BB has been “suppressed” or shareholders manipulated to stop…well, to stop what exactly? 9On the plus side, I suppose I can add ‘ability for remote mass mind control’ to my resume). I have never seen any plan here expect the hope that others do the graft and get positive results. It is not the same situation as FRC, and I don’t follow it closely, but I saw COPL was recently suspended. Those shareholders formed an action group, are courting investors for a potential take-over of some sort, have retained counsel, have a website and publicity campaign going, and a lot more and have done so in a matter of weeks. Probably a bit much initiative for the kippermanbikes of this world, far easier for them to sit on the sidelines and complain.
turbovb2 - the app of the website you shared sent me 246 10-second alerts yesterday out of a total of 400 aftershocks. Luckily today is much quieter.
i am very open-minded but here are the people you cite as telling thetruth:
scott ritter - convicted sex offender who likes underage girls.
mcregor - "three days after the war began, he said "the battle in eastern ukraine is really almost over," and predicted "if [ukraine] don't surrender in the next 24 hours, i suspect russia will ultimately annihilate them."
-in his second appearance, he revised his prediction: "the first five days russian forces i think frankly were too gentle. they've now corrected that. so, i would say another 10 days this should be completely over
- in september 2022, he again predicted on carlson's show that “this war may be over soon”
guy sounds like someone with his finger on the pulse, never mind his claims that there were more white irish slaves than black ones, his bigotry against women and ****sexuals.
the only one on your list with any sanity is jimmy dore, dismissing the entire mainstream media because there's lots of corruptions in the world and swapping it for far worse misinformation will not do you any favours.
That is a great find Chris572, thank you.
No Looed…. No Frontera LSE board, simple really.
Keep safe Looed 🙏👍

I'll add to others' thoughts - Kippermanbike - Gosh - haven't heard from him in years but then that's because I put him in a little green box an awfully long time ago as he never had anything constructive or good to say about anyone or anything, so please don't take a blind bit of notice of him or anything he says. Oh, and I hope the aftershocks cease soon as it must be a very scary time for people to live through. Stay safe x
Morning Looed,
Glad to hear from you on this board earlier this morning. I was beginning to worry a little.
Please take care and stay safe, as best you can.

Looed gets my vote all day long. When the shakes get too strong, put the glass in the other hand. Works for me.
Good to see some sensible posts regarding looed… I think the majority on here appreciate his hard work and effort… just takes a few to spoil it…. If you read this looed…
Thanks again, and don’t let the haters win!!!
Looed is not responsible for the outcome here guys.
Its like saying he's responsible for the damn earthquakes.
Armoured_bear: please keep an open mind and consider all opinions, regardless you agree or not. It is easy and narrow mindedness to put everything down to conspiracy theories than to pause for a second to take another point of view Me, personally, I am trying to avoid taking in whole b/s that been broadcast to the masses over the many years; we have been thoroughly manipulated with misinformation. I also consider myself to be a peaceful person and believe the ‘Pen is mightier’ than the sword. You say conspiracy theories, well have a look at what is happening in the US. Democracy has been sold to the highest bidder; media is controlled by the few. Nearly all of the US Elected Officials do not represent the views of their majority of constituents. It seems humanity has not learnt lessons of it past tragedies and continues to apply double standards. No harm in having these type of discussions if only to broaden one’s perspective but as a principle, everyone should stand against genocide regardless of where it happens or to which group.
Anyway, good to hear from you Looed and we all hope that you and your family are keeping safe during this time. I will finish off by saying, what a plonker you are Rod****.
Stay safe Looed
Looed

Hi Looed, good to hear you’re ok. Kipper man bike is as you say a tosspot, don’t worry about him. He once declared his holding here and it was a few hundred quid! Thanks for dropping in and providing a bit of reassurance. 👍
