The Nobels in Georgia: Oil, Pipelines & Geopolitics. Part I
http://georgiatoday.ge/news/22423/The-Nobels-in-Georgia%3A-Oil%2C-Pipelines-%26-Geopolitics.-Part-I
Is part II about to become a reality?
There's no sign of part II here https://geocase.ge/en/publications?page=1
Why does the Nobel Foundation invest in planet-destroying fossil fuels?
It will take more than withdrawing Nobel’s money to topple oil and gas giants like Exxon, BP and Shell.
https://actions.sumofus.org/a/nobel-foundation-fossil-fuels-divestment-now
Exxon, BP and Shell shares are obviously owned by the Nobel Foundation.

Why have these articles been posted in the media now? Is part III about to happen?

Strange. The articles are dated 17th September for Part I and 24th September for Part II, but the former was listed on yesterdays news on Georgia Today, and the latter today.
Very interesting 'history' lesson having read both parts MadP - thanks for the links. Interesting to say the least that these have been listed on Georgia Today now - like you say, could Part III be the one that brings it up to date and finishes off the full oil 'n gas domination picture? I couldn't help but get drawn in to the history from (JJ Carter / Exxon) - Standard Oil (John D Rockefeller) and then leading down to J D Rockefeller V being a retired politician , although democratic, lead me to look at Jim Risch, Republican (big friend of Georgia as mentioned by Zaza on his facebook page recently) who coincidentally also has the initials JR - and both he and and Rockefeller have plenty of offspring with the initials JR (Jnr) too! Both politicians are also rather wealthy according to Wiki as it happens! It's probably all total coincidence, but it's at least given me something to look through for the last couple of hours! A good way to spend a wet, miserable afternoon! I left a facebook comment on Part II asking about Part III so I'll be intrigued to see if I get a reply from the writer. If nothing else, I've enjoyed learning a bit more background, so thanks again.
Hmmn, yep something tells me Zaza & Co are waiting for something, the Georgia Election I think. That after then with a new government they will be able to get new finance in. There are a lot of wealthy and well connected Americans who probably aren't just content with lobbying income but also buying in at the right time - when a government that are willing to assure foreign investors their money is safe and will stick to it.
I've look back on the previous history of FRR and it was largely set up by such sorts as stated, wealthy US politicians and people in positions of power and influence. My reckoning is that we will see these people come back into the fore as soon as it looks a safe investment environment now that there is known big reserves of oil and gas to tap into.
Just a case of hold on and see till after the Election at the end of the month, another sit and wait moment, lol.
Amazing History of madness
to be continued
Madpunter thanks again for mining so deep at a time when may have given up

Aurora1 - Thanks, S.E. Wales. My order of preference is rum, Armagnac, Spanish brandy, Cognac and then good whisky or bourbon (especially the cask strength).
