until this goes Boom or Bust.! Which direction do we think it's heading?
I think mate it's already bust..
ME group also have outstanding accounts and they own 60% of Forbes Ventures now. I think all money invested has been lost..
And now part of RC's stash. Wressmycash, Crow - I am sorry,
I noticed that too. Do we have any way of knowing if the audit was completed on time?
I was looking at the website as well. Peter Moss is still on it, and they've not updated the Investor section since Feb 22.
Hope I'm completely wrong though...
Me to be liquidated, watch this space
Is there something we don't know? The ME group was sold to CC Capital and according to company house they were dissolved on the 3rd August 2022.

Speel, they were dissolved on 3rd August 2021 according to that link
If you follow the link below that CityBlue posted, you will see that the page says:
"On 26 July 2022 the businesses of ME Funding and ME LegalTech Limited (now trading as ME Litigation Funding) were sold to CC Capital Limited."
You are right Marquis; I saw the date and then misread the year. I am now though more confused how can they be sold to CC Capital if they are currently dissolved
This is the company cc capital limited

Me assets have been transferred but all staff made redundant and me to be liquidated.
Shares look dead let’s look at the clues
Suspended twice
Promise after promise of securitisations, never materialised
ME accounts well overdue .
Moved out of the offices in lakeside and made mass redundancies in cheadle.
Promise after promise of an update
Do I really need to continue?
Cityblue, this was dead since last Autumn but some on here just couldn't see it & even after the last suspension were still convinced they were on a get rich quick ride
Anything with RC involved should have had enough warning lights for anyone not to get involved. The man should never be let anywhere near anything to do with finance or money ever again
Should be made accountable deliverate miss information to shaft investers out of there money, they knew way before the so called securitions this was going belly up in my opinion, glad ì bailed out when I did before I lost all of it,still feel cheated and feel sorry for all those that stayed to the end but thats the risk we take investing
