had shares since 2018, whenever is this going to Fast forward ? seems like this company is permanently on pause.
Let's hope your shares fall to your attorneys/ Next of kins hands before that happens then.
We are /were big FFWD fans but now doubt if we will ever see the 30p + that a lot on here, including usourselves, thought we would get to. All we can hope for is an IPO from Leap that pushes the share in to double figures. Unfortunately most of us have cottoned on to the fact the BOD are earning nicly, thank you very mush at our expence. They now need to get the SP going to restore the little faith left with the shareholders. Unless there is a massive change there will be a big exodus once the price reaches double figures. We may even dispose of some of our holding before that, something we never ever contemplated.
Like a lot of holders I'm mainly here because of Leap. OK, Juvenescence an EMMAC have potential but the positions are small. Also like a lot of holders I'm somewhat fed up with the steady (fast) drip of cash to the management and their friends, so will look to exit after the IPO. I doubt I will be alone. This leads me to suspect that while the NAV may shoot up to 30p+ the share price will go down. More sellers than buyers. After all there's little chance of any return of cash to shareholders.
Luck You, you need a few FFWD shares to get a packet of crisps these days lol, enjoy
I was joking about your "Gaming regulators".Barwick
No need for that at the mo! lol.
Seriously, you're right, Barwick, Leap needs to IPO as soon as it can.
Will someone give us something to put us on the blue board for once in a while Just anything. Something.
Shemadeushappy. One day hopefully (Judy Teen 1970's)
I'm depressed about this and theyre going to lock us all up again for another 100 years on Tier whatever (apart from the rich and famous, of course)
No wonder I'm depressed. Come Ffwd. Promise you'll buck up!!
I'm going to have a packet of crisps.. I'm that fed up!!
with casino games and virtuals the operator pays a certain percentage of revenue back to the provider.
Quote a CEO of a Leap customer
Lol Dapr , it’s just the way it is, really there’s not much more you can say about Leap they’ve just about signed up every major player worldwide that’s worth having, now is the time to ipo it, think Doggo said Leap revenues due very soon so look forward to that.
Thanks for that Barwick . Something else to worry and depress me. Just what I need after last week!! Lol.
Ok I’m back in, are we talking about EEG here Doggo
SportNation & Red Zone Nasdaq was owned.
The golf has gone live as well last week
I’m a little bit more worried about the regulators getting involved to much with the online gaming to be honest .
I noticed Roblox last week but little notice to be honest
HO HO HO, sell with all those big customers lined up , you best tell ED who they are
They were 2 very decent companies listed on NASDAQ. Perhaps barwick can take a look and let us know what he thinks. Lol
Sell barwick sell
Oh you two would make a good comedy duo lol
Some big customers showing over the weekend. IPO £ going to be interesting.

Let’s see how we do
I think we are just a byproduct really.
The directors main interest, I suppose, , is in the operations of the investee companies on a day to day basis, where they hold positions. We're hanging on to shirt tales., I believe.
It's Leap I imagine that will pull the chestnuts out of the fire hopefully. We only have small Interests elsewhere really. Our investments therein my be worth something substantially more than our initial investment, which is what the idea was investibg in strt ups. Mind, as said, previously on the board, the write off of £6m hasn't helped.
I'm waiting for the liquidity events before I decide what to do. 8p we were at the start of the year and what are we now?
Our superhero also should tell us what the £2m was for..
Would like to think that FFWD will reveal to us in the near future what the recent fund raise is being used for. There maybe some new investments included. More transparency would give us shareholders more confidence in FFWD. Like many others, I invested here beacuse of LEAP and EMMAC and I am still confident that FFWD can ultimately be a financial success. I also know that AIM has many companies where the expenses etc are shall we say over the top- but just because this is generally acceptable behaviour on AIM it is does not mean it cannot be challenged by the shareholders in these companies. The irony is that if more companies were prepared to address this expenses issue the better their share price would perform meaning better returns for the directors etc. You never know, maybe someone connected to FFWD actually reads these posts. All the very best to all FFWD shareholders.
We have reached the semi-final Stage
FFWD v UKOG
VAST v AST
I suppose that's why we are stuck where we are.
The raise was for the directors ' benefit then presumably
I note your comment s about the admin expenses looking after a few investments. Good money init?
I note longlad' s comments as well.
Leap has got to move Leap and bounds. Methinks.
For us all to get happy..
Let's get on with it!!!
Give us some future!
I
What is clealry holding this company back are the directors themselves whose main priority is to pay themselves very handsomely despite the ongoing poor share performance. Who do you think is funding this through ongoing share dilution via fund raises? Directors have to held accountable and someone has to start addressing this sitaution ie the new CEO. Latest annual accounts to March 2020 show over £1 milion in annual expenses. The previous CEO is still due an annual deferred payment of £250k for looking after a handful of investments . There are are some great investments in FFWD but any good work is being undone by the continual cash drain which continues to adversely affect the share price.
‘ We invest in companies developing emerging technologies that will shape the future.’
This fund’s share price has underperformed for years. Markets in the US are at all time highs but yet we keep scoring own goals. But we invest in unlisted growth stocks that no others can get access through by way of the markets.....really, look at Zoe.l it’s multi bagging as a cannabis play....but we have an investment in Emmac!.....so what? It means nothing to us as things stand....but it will list and be huge....it will be huge for Ed and co, we have a sliver of a holding....but now compare where an investment in the like of Airbnb or that food delivery company that both ipo.’d midweek and doubled on the day....if our ‘experts’ were true to their word and held the keys to illustrious contacts surely they could have invested in any of those recent ipo’s and not diabetic boots, bs in asia and other balloxxs that has not materialised or are they helping mates exit.
So on top of their incompetence now their ethical standards are to be considered with this £2m that is resting in someone’s account as Father Ted would say!
Biggest bull market in history, the tech heavy Nasdaq up everyday..... We invest in companies developing emerging technologies that will shape the future.........Fock right off.....youse even missed Tesla!
